Running An Art Business While Working A Day Job - a cozy, productive daily routine

Good morning, I hope you are well and that you had a wonderful week wherever you are in the world. For today's video, I wanted to share a little peek inside my daily life during the work week. If you don't know, I am NOT a full-time artist yet and work part-time as a nanny, working almost 30 hours during the week. And then the off hours is when I devote to my art business and content creation. This video will share a pretty average and normal daily routine for me during the week, and I hope that it gives you a little insight on what it's like juggling two jobs of this sort and working towards becoming a full-time artist and being self-employed. I like waking up slow in the morning so often I like to watch something peaceful or read poetry to accompany my coffee. After about an hour or so, I will head to my studio to get some early work done or plan for my day. Then I need to finish getting ready and head out the door for work for the day. So today's Tuesday, which is payday, so I have to go get groceries on grocery day. So I need to go to Target and Trader Joe's. So that's where I'm off to first before I go home, but I will take you along with. So let's go! So my husband and I will either eat dinner at the table or sometimes if we are into a good show, we will watch an episode while we eat like we did tonight. After dinner, we take Cedar for an evening walk and enjoy the fresh air. Around 7 is when I'll head back into the studio and catch up on some more work. This particular evening, I had an order from my shop to package up. after about an hour or a little longer, I'll turn off the lights and begin getting ready for bed. To wind down, I'll often watch a couple episodes of a show as well as turn on a quiet, peaceful instrumental playlist while I read a chapter of a book before turning in for the night.
