How to make Cold Shabu Shabu Salad 〜冷しゃぶ〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe
In this video, I am showing how to make Rei-Shabu or Cold Shabu Shabu Salad. This is typically done with thinly sliced pork meat, but can also be made with beef or chicken meat. This is perfect for hot summer. The sauce can also be used as dressing for salad.
In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.
Shabu Shabu Salad:
- Sliced pork 250 g
- Lettus 4-5 leaves
Dressing/Sauce:
- Lemon juice 2 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 Tsp
- Daikon radish (grated)
- Scallion (sliced) 1 Stalk
- Sesame seeds 1 Tbsp
- Sesame oil 2 Tsp
- Chilli
Miso soupe
- Pork broth 2 Cups
- Daikon raddish 1/8
- Dried Wakame 1 Tsp
- Miso paste 2 Tbsp
