National Suicide Awareness Month Message, 2024
Every suicide is a tragedy that impacts our families, our loved ones, and our Service. We want to remind you that you are not alone. Every one of us carries personal burdens. Asking for help is a sign of strength and courage!
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and we all have a role to play in supporting each other. Community, collaboration, connection and hope make us stronger as individuals and better as a Service.
If you or someone you know needs support, please call or text the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988. If you feel an individual is in immediate danger of hurting themselves or others, call 911.
Emergency suicide crisis services can be accessed 24/7 via the CG SUPRT Program number: 855-CGSUPRT (855-247-8778).
