Veteran Suicide Awareness and Prevention.

The @AmericanDirtbaggers and @Mission22 came to @UtiEdu today with their 22 push up challenge to raise awareness of the tragic loss of American heroes through suicide. A push up won’t save a life by itself but these events and sharing them on SM will help spread the word and help people find help for someone who may not have gotten it otherwise. If you know someone who is struggling and need help to help them go to mission 22, the VA, or the suicide helpline for resources.
