Behind the Scenes Restoration Look of the Nogales City Hall Building's Seth Thomas Tower Clock

"Master Horologists Galen and Tim Gudenkauf have restored the 1914 Nogales City Hall Building's Seth Thomas Tower Clock which can be found in Historic Downtown Nogales, Arizona. It's one of the few working tower clocks left in the United States.

The rare time piece was presented to the pre-established town of Nogales in 1915 and has run most of the time since. For more than a decade, however, it sat idle. The father and son team, along with volunteers got it ticking again in January—in time for the building's centennial ceremony.

The project was funded by a Tohono O'odham Nation grant and moved forward by the City of Nogales. " #AntiqueRestoration
