Very similar to the Dry Martini.
In the Wet Martini, you add more vermouth.
Vermouth is wine-based.
That makes this cocktail exceptional for pre-dinner.
As you're preparing your drink, you want to make sure you have all of your ingredients
as cold as possible.
I'm going to start with just a dash of orange bitters.
I think this gives it a nice nuance.
What makes this martini wet?
We're using more vermouth than we would do in a Dry Martini.
We're going to go one part next to the Grey Goose, two parts, and a very brisk stir.
And I like to use nice cubed ice.
There's going to be a little less dilution, but you're still going to bring the temperature
of the cocktail down.
And finally, from the stirring glass to your martini glass.
And the finishing touch, two gorgeous olives, your Grey Goose Wet Martini.
