Hi I'm Ali and a warm welcome to you Face Yoga Master.
So in today's video I thought I would share with you a simple
facial massage and plastic drainage using black
castor oil. So what we're going to do first is we're going to start with clean
skin and I've got some black castor oil here
and this is really great for a slip and glide so you're not compromising
the skin by dragging and pulling at it and you want just a little bit onto the
fingers here and just give it a real nice rub onto
the ends of the tips of the fingers and also on the hands. I've got very
smooth hands at the end as well. And then just gently apply along the
facial area and also not forgetting the neck
and the collarbone. So first of all we're starting with just under the
collarbone here and I'm just very gently gliding my
under the collarbone towards the armpit
and we have plenty of lymph nodes in this area so we're just
really getting everything moving along. I'll just do this a few times
and then on the other side from the centre
from the collarbone underneath working along
towards the armpit and you can do these massage exercises morning or night
and then where our collarbone is here just above we have some indentations
and you can just first of all just give those a few gentle presses
and then with the flat hand because we have more surface area
we're starting above the collarbone lifting up from the neck
along the jawline towards the ears and then
fingers either side of the ear and then down the big S ear muscle
down to our starting position. So let's do this a few times here
and this is quite nice slow and mindful
and then on the other side taking the opposite hand again
from the collarbone just lifting up towards the jawline
fingers one above the ear one behind down down the side of the collarbone
and just nice gentle massage the skin on the neck is
actually quite fine and delicate so you don't need to be too heavy
handed and then with the thumb face now under
the jawline and the chin and fingers above we're
just very gently massaging again nice and light
and then with the fingers we're just massaging under
the cheekbones lower part of the face and it's a really light delicate gentle
massage today and whatever product you placed on your
skin is going to penetrate in even better
and deeper now i'm working now from between the
eyes i'm slightly drawing down now the side
of the nose great if you have any sinus or
congestion issues and then gliding under the cheekbone
again towards the ears and then with the ring
finger because we have a lighter touch i'm just very gently gliding
under the eyes where the bone is towards the temples
moving outwards and slightly upwards and then with the fingers again we're
just now gently gliding upwards from the middle of the eye
third eye and then along the eyebrows towards
the hairline again nice very gentle massage
particularly if you have older skin you don't want to be dragging and pulling
and then with the fingers just gently glide down very lightly now on the
forehead towards the temples and what we're
doing now we're actually moving toxins and waste
within the lymph and then under the eyes lower part of the face
and then again under the jawline where we have plenty of lymph nodes
so moving all that toxins and waste along
no you want to swallow and then again with our ears we're going to place one
finger in front another one behind you just very
gently want to glide down and then glide down the big SEM muscle
either side of the neck down towards the collarbone
and then move further across and then from the chin
all the way down where our collarbone is if you can just above we have a couple
of indentations if you like and if you can just give those a few
gentle presses this will release all the toxins and
waste we've moved within the spatial area
into the body ready for elimination now i hope you enjoyed today's video
