How Crispy Peking Duck Is Made

So, I want to combine the北京鴨 and the Northern style with the Cantonese style. So, I'm using the sauce and the Cantonese way of cooking the roast duck to recreate the北京鴨. This is her first time having duck. Really? I know it's my first time, but I love it. Thank you, chef. Wow. The skin is nice and sweet and crunchy. It's so good. Definitely a Michelin star worthy.
