Cheetahs get impacted on by other bigger predators.
The big cat that has the least impact on people is the one that's most vulnerable.
As it's an animal that can pretty much live side by side with people, I think that addressing
communities living with cheetahs would be a big step to saving them as a species.
Cheetahs are, well obviously, I mean, they're speed, they're quite a weird hybrid between
a dog and a cat because they have non-retractable claws.
They're very, very interesting.
They're not like lions and tigers and leopards.
They're almost these timid little, less aggressive animals.
They seem sweeter somehow.
And the cubs are just the most adorable things ever in the whole world.
You can't get any cuter than a cheetah cub, really.
The future for big cats in the current world, it's going to be very challenging going forward
because right now they're competing for food and space with people.
Even though they look strong and powerful and majestic, they're facing a whole range
of problems.
Gosh, cheetahs are such a, first of all, you know, you think of big cats, you think of
like power, you know, lions, leopards, jaguars.
Cheetahs are very frail.
They're fast.
That's what they have going for them.
And I think they're really keen.
They're stealth, super quick, and they rely on that, really, to survive.
Cheetahs are actually underdogs.
You know, everything wants to take advantage of a cheetah.
The most important thing is, you know, people need to educate themselves about what the
issues are.
And then more importantly after that is sharing that information with other people.
They need awareness.
They need to help those organizations that are helping the cheetahs.
Conservancies thrive on ecotourism.
In fact, the more people that come, the more these conservancies start popping up.
The best thing people can do is come to places like in Africa to go see wildlife.
It really helps.
