Port Security Unit (PSU) 307 is a reserve unit based out of Clearwater, Flordia.
Each PSU consists of Reservists assigned to either a waterside or shoreside security or support division. Each PSU operates a number of security boats and fire teams. PSUs offer a range of positions, including boat crews, landside security personnel, a command-and-control element, and support personnel.
Their members are trained to provide anti-terrorist force protection and coastal defense for missions inside and outside the United States. PSUs can be deployed anywhere in the world within 96 hours and are trained to be operational within the first 24 hours of arrival.

307 we are at AirStation Clearwater
Florida which is where PSU 307 is based
out
of we are here for 2 weeks to come
together as an entire unit do all the
stuff that we love to do we're a little
bit different when it comes to the Coast
Guard we interface a lot more with the
Department of Defense so we've got Shore
size is going to be out in the field
wearing night vision goggles and
learning how to set up battle
position water side getting underway on
the boats doing tactics lying around in
boats on the water comms setting up
radios support is here making sure that
we get paid that we're healthy
engineering making sure that the weapons
are working well that those boats are
actually able to support the mission I
love working at the PSU I like to work I
want to come in here and I want to do
stuff I want to be with people that have
that same commitment and that's what I
get at a PSU we come in on a drill
weekend and it is non-stop Friday
Saturday Sunday you're out there running
boats you're out there doing stuff in
the field um you're working with people
that are committed we all want to be
here we all love this Mission I couldn't
ask for anything
more
