Port Security Unit (PSU) 307 is a reserve unit based out of Clearwater, Flordia.

Each PSU consists of Reservists assigned to either a waterside or shoreside security or support division. Each PSU operates a number of security boats and fire teams. PSUs offer a range of positions, including boat crews, landside security personnel, a command-and-control element, and support personnel.

Their members are trained to provide anti-terrorist force protection and coastal defense for missions inside and outside the United States. PSUs can be deployed anywhere in the world within 96 hours and are trained to be operational within the first 24 hours of arrival.
