小朋友最喜欢吃的【芝士蒜香菇菇鸡】Chinese Stir-fried Garlic Chicken

❤️秋冬到了，大家一定都会喜欢吃一些热乎乎的料理，今天和大家分享的是我们家孩子们和大人都非常喜欢，幸福感爆棚的芝士蒜香菇菇鸡。

❤️芝士蒜香菇菇鸡
用料：
鸡腿肉5个，蘑菇3朵，红薯1个，牛奶1杯，蒜1头，生姜少许，芝士200克, 香菜少许，芝麻1勺

调料：
料酒2勺，生抽1勺，老抽半勺，红糖1勺，蚝油1勺，盐少许（如果口味偏淡的朋友可以不加）

Ingredients:
5 Chicken legs, 3 Portabella mushrooms, 1 Sweet potato, 1Whole garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, 2 Cup Mozzarella cheese, 1 Cup milk, 1 tablespoon Cilantro , 1 teaspoon Sesame

Seasoning:
2 tablespoon Cooking wine, 1 tablespoon Soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Brown sugar, 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce, a bit of Salt
