【王維洛專訪】中共政府的腐敗,不僅僅是在政治上的欺騙,在經濟數據上的造假,而且在地震數據、在滑坡數據上也在不斷的造假。為了不讓這些造假的數據露餡,他們就封鎖這些數據……

In recent years, Yunnan Province has experienced frequent earthquakes, landslides, and other geological disasters.
According to official data from the Chinese Communist Party,
in 2023 alone, 719 counties in Yunnan Province experienced floods and geological disasters,
which is 70% higher than in previous years.
Why do landslides, landslides, landslides, and other geological disasters often occur in Yunnan Province in recent years?
Let's take a look at an interview with a Chinese reporter.
Dr. Wang Weiluo, a renowned environmental and ecological expert in Germany.
Hello, Dr. Wang.
According to the mainland media, on January 22 this year,
there were three landslides in Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province,
causing the deaths of 18 people and 47 people.
44 people died.
According to the mainland media,
landslides are a natural geological disaster.
The reasons are complex and multifaceted,
including Yunnan's complex geological structure.
What do you think about the landslide in Zhaotong City this time? Is it a natural disaster?
You can see that China has a pattern in its reports.
The pattern is very funny.
First, it tells you how many people have been saved.
Then it adds a sentence,
you have no life to live.
It doesn't say how many corpses I dug up.
The person who was saved is actually a dead person.
He was actually digging up corpses.
According to the regulations of the China Environmental Safety Accident Report and Investigation Procedure,
if more than 10 people die,
or less than 30 people die,
it is called a major accident.
If the dead person is less than 10 people,
many accidents will not be reported.
If more than 30 people die,
it is a major accident.
44 people died this time,
which is a particularly major accident.
A major accident is generally reported.
Local governments must provide a clear explanation for major accidents.
Just like usual, after the disaster,
Xi Jinping only made a hint,
asking people to save people.
In fact, people are already dead.
For Xi Jinping, the disaster in Yunnan was a bad start in 2024.
Why?
In 2024, there will be a lot of disasters.
Economic disasters, stock market disasters,
housing market disasters,
satellite disasters,
all kinds of disasters.
It's a bit like when Mao Zedong was about to die.
For example, the disaster in Banqiao Valley,
240,000 people died.
The Tangshan earthquake killed 240,000 people.
240,000 people died.
Think about it.
The landslide in Shaotong City, Yunnan,
happened 11 years ago.
On January 11, 2013,
a landslide occurred in the village of Tangzhen,
a kilometer away from the place where the landslide occurred.
46 people died.
At that time, Xi Jinping had just become the general secretary of the CCP.
Zhang Jiabao had not yet taken office,
and Li Keqiang was about to take office.
So, most importantly, there were only three people.
In that year, the accident happened less than 36 hours.
At that time, the expert team immediately submitted a report.
What was the reason for the landslide?
There were four reasons.
First, the terrain of the landslide area was particularly steep,
with a width of 35 to 50 degrees.
The terrain was not conducive to the stability of the slope,
and the landslide was easy to occur.
Second, the components of the landslide area were loose,
and the soil was sticky,
and the thickness was relatively large.
Therefore, the stability of the slope was relatively poor,
which formed the underlying cause of the landslide.
Third, the continuous rain and snow weather
caused the soil on the landslide to be full of water,
so its weight was relatively large.
When the water was saturated,
it was relatively easy to cause landslides.
Fourth,
there was a 5.6-level earthquake in Yiliang County
nearly four months ago,
which also had a certain impact on the landslide.
We took all four points
and submitted them to the expert team in 2024.
Here, look at what they said.
After the accident in 2024,
the expert team repeated the first three points.
It happened in the same area,
so there was no difference.
They did not mention the impact of the earthquake.
The reason why they did not mention
the cause of the accident in 2024 and 2013
is that the three points in the four points are exactly the same.
The only difference is that
they did not mention the earthquake in 2024.
Let's go back to the accident in 2013.
At that time, Liu Jianhua, the mayor of Shaotong City, said
that there had never been a landslide in this area in history,
and there had never been an earthquake in past geological surveys.
Liu Jianhua explained that
the disaster was related to the earthquake in September 2012.
At that time, there was also the deputy director of the Yunnan Provincial Land and Geospatial Bureau,
Li Lianju.
This person is a doctor.
He majored in geology.
He graduated from Yunnan University of Technology.
He also said that there had never been a landslide in this area in the past.
China has the world's largest and most perfect satellite monitoring system
to monitor geological disasters.
The country has invested a lot of money.
At the beginning of the 1980s,
the original Geological and Mineral Resources Department
was going to start the Three Gorges Project.
The Geological and Mineral Resources Department
collaborated with the German Geological and Mineral Resources Department.
The Geological and Mineral Resources Department established this system in the Three Gorges Region.
At that time, the Three Gorges Region started with four points.
Later, it was promoted to the whole country.
Up to now,
China has about 20 satellites
to monitor geological disasters.
Because this thing is not a very difficult technology.
And China pays special attention to
not using the US GPS system
but using its own Beidou system.
So it made a very large network to monitor.
Because China is a place where geological disasters are frequent.
Geological conditions are more complicated.
Especially in the western and central Three Gorges Region.
Establishing this system is good for preventing such disasters.
But from this point of view,
there is no sign of a landslide.
The development of landslides is relatively slow.
It slowly develops to the point of no return.
And then it will slide down.
At that time, in 2013,
the local villagers had said
that they suspected that the landslides were caused by coal mining in this region.
But when the experts explained it,
they completely excluded coal mining.
By 2024,
the villagers also said that it was coal mining.
But they kept using explosives.
Every time they exploded, it was like a small earthquake
that caused the landslide.
In the last expert assessment,
the disaster was not linked to coal mining.
In the national economic production of Zhengxiong County,
the production of coal or coal mines
is the main industry of local production.
The local county committee wants to expand the coal mine.
And then introduce it to the coal processing enterprise.
Whether it's 2013 or 2024,
in the disaster explanation,
it didn't mention coal mining.
In addition, the mainland media reported that
there have been frequent earthquakes in Yunnan Province in recent years.
Do you think this landslide is related to frequent earthquakes?
We can find such information.
After 2012,
there have been frequent earthquakes in the Yunnan Shaotong area.
Almost every year.
In 2012,
there was a 5.7-level earthquake in Yiliang County.
But the U.S. Geological Survey
measured a 5.5-level earthquake.
Now there is a phenomenon that
China's Tainan is often higher than the U.S. Geological Survey.
0.1 or 0.2
The radiation energy is twice as high.
China's radiation energy is twice as high as the U.S.
In 2012, there was an earthquake.
Prime Minister Wen Jiabao
took a plane to the disaster area overnight.
Less than a month later,
on November 4,
there was a major three-body landslide in this place.
A landslide of 50,000 square meters
buried an elementary school.
18 students and a villager were killed.
Just returned to Beijing,
Prime Minister Wen Jiabao,
who had not been in Beijing for a month,
took a plane from Beijing to Yiliang Landslide Site.
He gave a speech to these students.
He also emphasized
the importance of the safety of schools and buildings.
Geologist Yang Yong
thought that the Yiliang Earthquake in 2012
was related to the construction of the water reservoir dam.
It was a water reservoir earthquake.
According to the information Yang Yong had at the time,
in 1974,
there was an earthquake here.
There are still many remains.
In 2012,
there was a 5.7 earthquake here.
Then there were many
series of earthquakes of more than 5G.
He said that
there were nearly 4,000 landslides
along the Jinsha River.
There are more than 2,000 slides.
It is a very dangerous place.
But in the construction plan
of the Jinsha River Dam
of the CCP,
the Jinsha River Dam
is the largest water power plant in China.
At that time,
25 high dams were to be built
and nearly four underwater projects were to be built.
Within the scope of Shaotong City,
four water reservoir dams were to be built,
which is equivalent to two underwater dams.
At that time,
all four projects were in the construction stage,
and the first production was carried out one after another.
Now it seems that three projects have been completed.
Yang Yong pointed out that
when the Jinsha River Dam was developed,
it ignored the poor geological environment
of the Jinsha River
and the earthquake.
The activity will change the strength of the mountains and rivers.
So the density of the construction of the reservoir dam
has far exceeded
the disaster area of the Wenchuan earthquake of that year.
He said that in areas with high geological disasters
such as the western part of China,
once extreme disasters occur,
these T-level developments
are likely to magnify the disaster.
Because it is not a single reservoir.
In 2013,
the Xiludu Reservoir Dam was completed.
On July 27, 2013,
a large volcanic eruption occurred
in the area of the reservoir.
There were 120,000 cubic meters of volcanic ash.
When it was a primary school,
there were 50,000 cubic meters of volcanic ash.
This time it was 120,000 cubic meters.
It was in the area of the reservoir.
Because this is already water.
So much soil
fell into the reservoir.
It caused a huge wave of more than 20 meters high.
The construction workers in Sichuan
across the river
and a boat
were all rolled into the water.
Nine people were missing.
Nine people were missing in China.
It was a major incident.
So the Chinese media
did not report this incident.
In 2022,
Tang Fengqiao,
Director of the Chinese Academy of Sciences
published a paper on the
Xiludu Reservoir Dam Earthquake
Time and Space Distribution Rules
and Predictive Research.
In this article,
he defined
this phenomenon as
the reservoir-to-reservoir wave
as well as the reservoir-to-reservoir earthquake.
The reason is not natural,
but because the construction of the reservoir
led to this wave.
Then he looked back again
and found
that many reservoirs in China
have experienced
such a wave.
For example,
in 1961,
there was a wave in Zhiqi Reservoir in Hunan.
In 1993,
there was a wave in Geheyan Reservoir.
In 2003,
there was a wave in Qianjiangping Reservoir
in Sanxia Reservoir.
And now,
there is a wave in Doutang Reservoir
in Sanxia Reservoir.
He defined this phenomenon as the reservoir-to-reservoir wave.
The most famous reservoir-to-reservoir wave
in the world
happened in Italy
in 1963.
There is a feature
in this wave.
The dam was not damaged at all
and withstood the impact of the wave.
The wave
crossed the dam
and rushed into the village
in Baxia.
It caused the death of 1,925 people.
At that time,
scientists from Austria
thought it was a human error.
It was a scientific error
and a result of lack of knowledge.
In 2008,
an international scientific journal
published an investigation report
called
The Disaster Warning Report
by Engineers and Geologists
and named Huatuo Reservoir as the first.
In 2014,
there was a 6.5-level earthquake
that caused the death
of 617 people.
It caused three landslides
and formed a volcano.
At that time,
Prime Minister Li Keqiang and Wang Yang
flew to the disaster area.
They couldn't get in.
They walked five kilometers
and arrived at the old village
of Longtoushan Town.
Geologist Yang Yong pointed out
that the town was located
in Longtoushan Town,
less than seven kilometers
from the Niulanjiang Reservoir Dam.
The Niulanjiang Reservoir Dam
was planned to have
ten reservoirs.
When the earthquake occurred,
four levels were completed
and two levels were built.
In total, there were six levels.
It was only ten kilometers
from the Xiluduo Reservoir.
So he thought
the earthquake was caused
by the two reservoirs
and the construction
of the reservoir
on the Niulanjiang Reservoir.
An engineer in Sichuan
pointed out that the earthquake
occurred in Lutian County,
less than 40 kilometers
from the reservoir
on the Niulanjiang Reservoir.
He said that
according to the official
earthquake records
from January to July 2014,
the area around the reservoir
increased gradually
from the end of 2012
to July 2014
before the earthquake.
The active behavior
of the earthquake
is highly consistent
with the time of the reservoir
drainage.
The area of the frequent earthquake
can be divided into three parts.
One of them is
directly caused by
the Xiluduo Reservoir.
Therefore,
we can say that
these are all earthquakes
caused by the reservoir.
In Lutian,
617 people died
from the earthquake.
The number of deaths
is quite large
because the earthquake
level did not exceed level 7.
Why did so many people
die from the disaster?
First, the earthquake
caused by the flood.
Secondly,
in addition to the three waves
that triggered this area,
there were also two
very large three waves.
In other words,
the earthquake and wave
caused by the reservoir
are all connected.
According to the subsequent
investigation,
the earthquake in Lutian
increased the risk of
the flood.
When we did the flood
development project review,
it did not include
the evaluation of the local
geological structure
when choosing the reservoir dam.
It did not include
the impact on the
geological conditions of
this area.
We only considered
whether the dam was safe
from the engineering point of view.
When the Chinese government
asked whether the dam
was safe for the local people,
they said they had never done
such an investigation.
This was not required
by the Chinese government
when designing the project.
As long as the dam
can withstand the earthquake,
no matter how large the dam
can withstand the earthquake,
no matter how large the reservoir
can withstand the earthquake,
the project must
continue.
According to the
evaluation report,
the three-pronged project
is more beneficial than the dam.
Who benefits from the dam?
The development companies
and the local government.
Who benefits from the dam?
The local people.
Ma Wentao,
the head of the
China Earthquake Geological Research Institute,
said it was an earthquake
caused by a reservoir.
He immediately reported
that more than 6 earthquakes
may occur in this area.
This is a report
by Ma Wentao in April 2014.
The Lujiang earthquake
occurred in July.
He found that this area
was already in a critical state.
He said that a straw
could crush the camel.
The current public earthquake
is not comprehensive.
It usually takes 1-2 years.
He said this was not conducive to research,
and it was not conducive to the
timely preparation of the
government's disaster prevention system.
He said that even if I worked
in the research institute under the
earthquake bureau,
I could not get the data in time.
He told a reporter from Caixin that
the local water department
and the Changjiang Reservoir Planning Office
signed a confidential agreement
that these data could not be
disclosed to the public.
Or within 1-2 years,
it could not be disclosed to
these researchers.
Even if the data is public,
there are errors.
He is very polite here.
He doesn't want to say that
this public data is also fake.
He said that this would
bring a lot of obstacles
to research work,
such as the Wenchuan earthquake
.
He found that the initial
breaking point of the
Wenchuan earthquake was
more than 5 kilometers underground.
Ma Wentao told a reporter from Caixin
that Zheng Yuan was also
investigating whether the
earthquake was caused by the
reservoir.
He concluded that the
2008 Wenchuan earthquake
was caused by the
Ziping Lake Reservoir.
However, this earthquake
triggered the
8.0-level earthquake
in Longmen Mountain.
We now know that
any data in China is confidential.
Even those scientists who
specialize in
earthquake research
can't get this data.
That is to say,
the corruption of the Chinese government
is not only a political change,
but also a fraud in economic data.
In addition, there are
continuous frauds in
earthquake data and
Huapo data.
In order not to allow these
fraudulent data to be leaked,
they blocked these data.
We can only see it
in the articles published
by scientists in
2022 and
2023.
I remember that
the Chinese government
set up an earthquake monitoring station
at a height of more than 100 meters
and a reservoir of more than
50 million square meters.
The Chinese government
also invested in
the construction of the station.
After the construction is completed,
all these monitoring data
will be kept secret.
What is the meaning of
building these stations?
The original meaning is that
we can predict the
next stronger
and more destructive earthquake,
so that the people can be well prepared
and the government can be well prepared.
This is the purpose of building
these observation sites.
Now all these data are kept secret.
After a few years
after the accident,
it will be taken out to
scientists to study
and do post-mortem articles.
So, between 2014 and
2020,
the earthquake still continues.
On May 18, 2020,
a 5.9-level earthquake
occurred in the Qiaojia County
of Shaotong District,
causing the death of four people.
Since then, the earthquake
in Qiaojia, Shaotong, Yunnan
has not stopped.
This earthquake occurred
in 2021, 2022, and
2023. The earthquake of
more than three seasons
reached more than 83 times,
In short, the earthquake
in Shaotong, Yunnan
has a direct connection
with the dam
construction
since 2009.
The former mayor
of Shaotong, Yunnan
said that there was no record
of landslides in this area
before, but after
2009, especially after
2012, the landslides
in this area have not stopped.
In this landslide in Yunnan,
we can see
a very important phenomenon.
If these data
are not public,
if it is a national secret,
then many of the disasters
that Chinese people will
encounter in the future are
formed by this secret system.
