Joe Biden attempts to gain swing voter support

It’s Primary Day Tuesday for five US states.

US President Joe Biden has travelled to the country’s west in an attempt to win over swing voters, while his predecessor struggles with money problems.

He is scheduled to make stops in Nevada and Arizona, followed by fundraisers in Texas on Wednesday and Thursday.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump’s lawyers say the former president can’t find an insurance company to underwrite a bond on a $US454 million civil fraud judgment against him in New York.

This comes as the general election in October is set to be a rematch between President Biden and Mr Trump.
