thank you Mr Speaker I'd like to ask the clerk to report house house committee substitute two clerk please report house committee substitute two to House Bill 499 gentleman from Johnson move for adoption motion is the adoption of house committee substitute two is there any discussion of the committee substitute see none those in favor signify by voting I those oppose nay house committee substitute two is adopted gentleman from Johnson thank you Mr Speaker I'd like to ask the clerk to report floor Amendment two cler please report house floor Amendment two to House Bill 499 gentleman from Johnson thank you Mr Speaker the floor Amendment for this was brought to me from the gentleman from Knox asking for uh four schools in in 2022 when they moved them from the U State system to the local laac they were left out and did not receive their raises so there's a request in here it's $170,000 for non-recurring for those individuals who were did not receive a raise at that point in time like to ask for adoption of house committee for Amendment two motion is for the adoption of house floor Amendment two is there any discussion of the floor Amendment see none those in favor signy by voting I those pose nay house floor Amendment two is adopted gentleman from Johnson Mr speaker thank you again this this is an opportunity to really line up the career in technical education throughout Kentucky we've had like five different budget um systems in place and this brings it under one umbrella makes it more efficient effective and they're asking for this they're not asking for any more money uh so I like to ask for the passage of House Bill 499 as amended by house committee Subs 2 and house 4 Amendment two
