Milk 420 ml - 1 cup + 3/4 cup
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Don't over mix, cover and keep aside for 15 minutes at room temperature

Egg 3 at room temperature
Sugar 350 gm - 1 cup + 3/4 cup
Vanilla powder 8 gm - 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 120 ml - 1/2 cup
Prepared butter milk
All purpose flour 225 gm - 2 cup
Coco powder 75 gm - 3/4 cup
Baking powder 4 gm - 1 tsp
Baking soda 4 gm - 1 tsp
Grease the pan size 28 cm with butter
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 45-50 minutes
Let it cool completely

Coco powder 20 gm - 3 tbsp
Water 250 ml - 1 cup
Milk 375 ml - 1 cup +1/2 cup

Butter 1 tbsp
Chocolate vermicelli
