水既溫度好重要, 就好似蔬果🍓🍇🍎🍒🍐🍅 跟據日本大學研究所得, 將蔬果用50℃水洗食材, 可去除農藥殘留, 比起一般水洗, 能降低90%農藥殘留。
How to make silky smooth & super easy Chinese Steamed Egg
Ingredients:
2 eggs
water (1 egg : water 1.5)
1/3 tsp salt
soy sauce
sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add salt.
2. lightly beat eggs and then add in 50-60℃ water. Mix well.
3. Use strainer to sieve away the bubbles.
4. Put the bowl onto a steamer.
5. Cover and leave a small gap.
6. Steam over mid heat about 6-7 minutes.
7. Add sesame oil and soy sauce on top. Serve hot~
