Ingredients:-
Egg 3 at room temperature
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla sugar 8 gm - 1 tbsp
Sugar 70 gm - 1/3 cup
Vegetable oil 80 ml - 1/3 cup
Milk 70 ml - 1/3 cup
Yogurt 120 gm - 1/2 cup
Lemon zest
Raisins 50 gm - 3 tbsp
All purpose flour 270 gm - 2 cup + 1/2 cup
Baking powder 10 gm - 1 tbsp
Grease the pan size 24 cm with butter and flour
Sprinkle sugar
Sprinkle walnut
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 40-45 minute
