Rep. Jim Walsh backs amendment for higher student proficiency thresholds

Rep. Jim Walsh, R-Aberdeen, spoke in favor of Amendment 1211 to ESB 5462, a proposal aimed at promoting inclusive learning standards and instructional materials in public schools.
