Rep. Halbrook: Educational Bureaucrats Moving the Goalposts Again 250915 Studio Halbrook Education

State Rep. Brad Halbrook discusses the newest scoring system that the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) has adopted that will go into effect in the coming year. Instead of addressing the serious and real concerns in public education, like the average performance of students at grade level, educational bureaucrats have decided to amend the proficiency standards so that it will appear that students are performing better than they are.
