❥每份材料可製作一條起司蛋糕

材料/Ingredients
1.奶油芝士 200g
2.上白糖 100g
3.酸奶油180g
4.希臘優格 50g
5.鮮奶油 100g
6.雞蛋 2各
7.玉米粉 20g
8.檸檬汁 9g
9.白巧克力 50g
10.香草莢 1/4
11.零陵香豆 1顆

自製酸奶油
1.AB優格 1罐約100g
2.鮮奶油 180g

❥Mold: 22cm long baking mold

Ingredients
1. Cream cheese 200g
2. Add 100g sugar
3. Sour cream 180g
4.Greek Yogurt 50g
5.Fresh cream 100g
6.Eggs 2 each
7.Corn flour 20g
8.Lemon juice 9g
9.White chocolate 50g
10.Vanilla pod 1/4
11.1 Tonka bean

Homemade sour cream
1. AB yogurt 1 can about 100g
2.Fresh cream 180g
