Rep. Nardone: House Oversight Committee 21324

Rep. George Nardone questions DOT Director Alviti in the House Oversight Hearing, asking for clarification on the process of bridge inspections by independent companies, which is required annually by the federal government. He also asks why, if we knew the shelf life of this bridge was aging out, we didn't have contingency plans.

Please note the interesting exchange where Alviti describes the rotating inspections by varying companies each year, which totally is inconsistent with the identical four year inspection reports referenced by Leader Michael Chippendale in his examination.
