最近甜面包是不是吃的有点多了。今天换换口味吧,做个无油无糖的核桃欧包。
不用揉面,满满的麦香味。

材料:高筋面粉150克,全麦带麸皮面粉100克,温水210克,酵母2克,盐5克,熟核桃75克
特殊说明:根据每个人使用的全麦面粉吸水性不同,水量请自行增减,最后和好的面团像视频里那样很粘手,但是又可以成团的状态就可以了。
