150g roasted cashew or any nuts of choice
75g roasted pumpkin seeds or any nuts of choice
100g unsweetened cocoa powder
90g Monk Fruit Sweetener or more
Pinch of salt
500g plain Greek yogurt or sour cream (I use M&S Authentic Greek Yogurt 10% Fat)200g
50g unsweetened shredded coconut
30g Oat Fibre
