原材料:
面筋粉 2杯
温水 3/4杯
酵母1/2茶匙
糖1/4茶匙

小贴士:
1. 如果在国外买面筋粉就找wheat gluten。
2. 发酵之后不要再揉面了,否则面筋会变得太紧,不能蒸出蓬松的效果。
3. 蒸好之后不要马上打开盖子,等15分钟再打开,否则温度突然下降,面筋会收缩。

Ingredients:
Gluten powder 2 cups
Warm water 3/4 cup
Yeast 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 1/4 teaspoon

Tips:
1. Don't knead the dough after fermentation, otherwise the gluten will become too tight. And it will not become fluffy after steaming.
2. Do not open the lid immediately after steaming. Wait for 15 minutes before opening, otherwise gluten will shrink due to the suddenly drop of temperature.
