我们现在在埃及国家博物馆， 这个博物馆有110多年的历史，阿里时代，有一个法国的考古学家奥古斯特· 马里埃特建议盖大博物馆来保存文物。

We are now in the National Museum of Egypt, which has a history of more than 110 years. In the Ali era, a French archaeologist, Auguste Mariette, suggested building a large museum to preserve cultural relics.

这是埃及国家博物馆唯一的复制品拉希德石碑（Rosetta Stone)，它的原件在卢浮宫（网上说大英博物馆），1799年由法军上尉皮埃尔在埃及的海港城市拉希德发现这块石碑。

它的上面刻有古埃及象形文字，世俗体及希腊文字，让考古学家得以解读出已经失传千年的埃及象形文字的意义和结构，被称为“埃及的钥匙”。
