台灣岳母要教我做台灣的滷肉飯，所以身為外國女婿，我勇敢地踏進了濱江菜市場的肉舖(內臟森林)....差點吐了😅，但是為了好吃的台灣美食--滷肉飯，這一切的辛苦都是值得的! 台灣的菜市場很有台灣的特色跟文化，我很喜歡!

My Taiwanese mother-in-law wanted to teach me how to make Taiwanese braised pork rice, so as a foreign son-in-law, I bravely stepped into the meat section (organ forest) of the Binjiang traditional market... It was a little overload for the senses😅, but for the delicious braised pork rice we ate that evening, it was worth it! Taiwan’s wet markets offer a great Taiwanese experience, for they each have their own characteristic and culture. I like them very much.
