this is what it has CA holy sh we can't escape I can hear screaming they're still keeping up with the car that Wasing scary welcome to Bundi the world's poorest country people here suffer from poverty disease poor hygiene and little to no health care and education only 10 % of people have access to electricity 52% of women are in domestic violence situations 56% of people suffer from chronic malnutrition one in three children are forced into child labor and a crazy 78 of every 1,000 births result in death we are going to be changing lives in this country from paying people's hospital bills to visiting orphanages to helping locals and Gathering communities together to have joy to have love but is it really as bad as what people think it is and what actually goes on here I'm about to show you everything so come with me on this journey so amazing we have just touched down in vundi right here we have drissa Raven and we also have our friend DX we will be spending the next 100 hours in Bundi we are going to explore we're going to be helping so many beautiful individuals and families and we want to show you what is Bui really [Music] like Bundi has some of the most dangerous roads in the world there is no barrier I trust this guy very much with my whole life [Music] okay one of the main ways to get around is buy a push bike a lot of locals in The Villages actually can't afford one if they don't have one they walk with heavy Goods that weigh kilos and kilos we are driving to go to Beta to go see the cultural [Music] [Music] ceremony hey everyone so we are here at one of the main hospitals and looking around and seeing all the injuries of sickness in the world's poorest country it rips my heart to pieces and I need to make make a change this lady we about to help here had an accident and she hasn't been able to pay her bill she's been stuck here and we are going to change that today it's life changing what an act of kindness can do for someone here really it's for four months yeah four months wow is she a mom she's a single mom but she is I'm not actually hurt I didn't actually need money the situation breaks my heart I have enough money to get you out of a you for but the fine was only $6 so in Australia somewhere else that would cost like $400 here it was $6 us so we're feeling right about [Music] that I'm lost in the rain and I just need a little bit of money to get a bicycle I'm stuck in the storm on my way home thank you can you ask why she would help me she's thank you tell she beautiful thank you for helping how much roughly do you make a day chased around because they have never ever ever seen a white person so here's a mongu so we are here at gumba have a refugee camp where all these family live in these tents they have lost their homes in the floods a couple years back uh their homes got completely flooded and they've had nowhere to live so they have to live in these Tents today we are going to be changing one of their lives and surprising them with a lot of money but also opening a fundraiser and hopefully building them a [Music] home how are you yes so I'm glad she's here just let her know I'm lost for directions and what is where am [Music] I oh my gosh I'm so sorry to hear I can't imagine what you've been through I want to help her today because she's been through so much and she's lost her family I want to give you about this thin and she lives with two or three kids she's part of a bat Community indigenous Community here in Burundi which used to get marginalized and discriminated against a lot so she lives in a home where rain and floods pour into her home so we are about to go change her life a mattress for the price of40 or $50 about 30 or4 us can change someone's life here in Bundi so what are we getting now 1 Kil is 3,8 80 cents a K yeah wow how much will that last one person one person like days 3 days for 80 cents wow we're also getting some soap for this family as well we have bought beans and rice for up to 6 months for only like $70 it's really lifechanging to see how far a small amount of money can go in this country [Music] how are you can you tell her I've lost my way and I just need something to eat you don't have any food oh yeah can you ask is there someday she goes without eating tell her it breaks my heart and I don't want that for her does she have any children e how many children four children four children yeah wow tell her that I knew if she had something she would help me so I I want to help her I have 1 million Burundi Franks for your family this is for your
