GORGEOUS 28' Model Tiny For Sale - Fully Certified

what's up everyone I'm Stephen here with tin El listings sorry for all the noise in the background construction zone uh but I just wanted to share with you this beautiful 28ft tiny house that just was completed and it's right here got a bunch of for sale as you can see but this is one I wanted to show you and um give you a quick tour show you what it's all about and give you some more details so like I said before this is a 28t model tiny it's clad in LP sheet siding really good stuff 50-year product and something we started doing recently is adding some of this German siding which we think is looks fantastic and it's as you can see it's been sealed so it's protected from the elements uh but I'll take you for a quick walk around the outside 28 ft long 8 and 1/2 ft wide each um corner has scissor Jacks for leveling when you need it there is a spet like a water hose spet you could use to shower off exterior light there's that 50-year LP siding awesome stuff three axles um 6,000 lb each outdoor GFI outlet so if you need to plug in for whatever reason um and then on the back we have a 9,000 BTU mini split so window off the back this is the bedroom area we'll take you inside after this tail lights for when you're going down the road this is the back side it's more of like a Batten style the house is right at 13 F6 which is the maximum height you can have for a tiny house Towing down the road so we try to get every inch of space we can so anyways we'll walk inside real quick and uh show you that so as you walk inside you see that there is cabinet grade plywood on the ceiling and the same thing on the walls but that's been painted you can see we've kind of nickel grapped it it's a really cool look I like it it's kind of Scandinavian I guess you could say there's the interior of the mini split this mini split's rated to heat 450 ft and this house is a little over half that so needless to say you can put this in any Zone any area and then United States so the idea is many people there's lots of configurations you can have in the living SL bedroom area we've seen people put twin beds here long table desk we've seen queen beds King beds going this way you could put a couch here side table you could put a desk area here table here you could hang a TV on the ceiling there's lots this is a really big space this is almost half the space of the um actual house itself so there's a lot of living space here when Windows all around this is the kitchen area butcher block countertops and lots of shelving up there a deep stainless steel sink two burer induction cooktop uh hot water heaters down below 13 gon this is another area you could put a desk you could put a kitchen table to seat two or three people uh comes with a dorm I mean I'm sorry apartment size fridge with storage above beautiful Loft storage Loft above this house is fully certified no it's certified um you can Finance it as well fully financeable we make our own vanities inside we started doing that recently anything think it's a nice look nice kitchen I mean I'm sorry bathroom sink above flush toilet now if you decided that you wanted this in the compost toilet we could swap this out you can see down there that we have a plug there and that's if you decide to use something like a Nature's head which has a small fan that helps exhaust it can put a storage up here if you wanted us to medicine cabinet however you want now on this side over here you can see that there is room for a washer and dryer and if you just let us know what brand you want whichever one you want we can get that installed for you or you can install it yourself depends on what you want and from there we could put some really really deep huge uh storage area here you can put clothes you can put blankets whatever you want anything bulk in there lot a lot of storage there and then you have a stand up shower 36 in there is a fan up there which we're require required to put by permit but the way that works is it has a humidistat that we install here so as soon as this reaches the specified humidity level that fan will automatically kick in and get any kind of exhaust out of here you can see right here there's this is on a uh sliding door right here and it has a soft close so when you close it um yeah this is a very very functional house for one or two people fully certified and if you click on
