今天的晚餐是非常省時又美味的懶人料理,材料也非常簡單就是白酒蛤蜊,10分鐘就能上菜囉,我自己很喜歡吃,加了白酒煮過的蛤蜊湯,大家一定要試看看喔!

材料:
1. 蛤蜊一斤
2. 蒜頭 2顆
3. 紅蔥頭 2顆
4. 聖女番茄 5顆
5. 新鮮百里香 1束
6. 白酒-約80ml
7. 橄欖油-少許
作法:
1.蛤蜊洗淨吐沙(水與鹽的比例,鹽是水的3%)
2.將帶皮蒜頭拍碎(帶皮的比較香喔)
3.將紅蔥頭切碎備用
4.加橄欖油入鍋內,開火將帶皮蒜頭與新鮮百里香煸炒到香
5.鍋熱後加入蛤蜊與白酒
6.蓋上鍋蓋,悶約一分鐘蛤蜊開殼
7.起鍋前加入紅蔥頭、聖女番茄、橄欖油拌炒一下即可起鍋裝盤
material:

3. 2 shallots
4. 5 small tomatoes
5. Fresh thyme
6. White wine-80ml
7. Olive oil-moderate amount
practice:
1. Wash clams and spit sand (the ratio of water to salt, salt is 3% of water)
2. Smash the garlic with the skin (the one with the skin is more fragrant)
3. Chop the shallots and set them aside
4. Add olive oil to the pot, stir-fry the garlic with the skin and fresh thyme until fragrant
5. Add clams and white wine when the pot is hot
6. Cover the pot and let the clams open for about a minute
7.Add the shallots, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and stir fry before starting the pan.
