Ingredients 材料:

6 egg yolks 蛋黄
20 g fine sugar细砂糖
30 g corn oil 玉米油
1 handful of fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped 一把新鲜薄荷叶(切碎)
120 ml water 水
80 g cake flour 蛋糕粉
30 g pure cocoa powder 纯巧克力粉
1/2 tablespoon (7.5 ml)peppermint extract 半大匙(7.5 ml)食用薄荷香精
Meringue 蛋白霜:
6 egg whites 蛋白
80 g fine sugar 细砂糖
1 teaspoon white vinegar 一小匙白醋
Bake at 170°C, top and bottom heat for 35~40 minutes
