Must Try Breakfast Food in Kaohsiung | Dragon and Tiger Pagodas: Icon Destination in Kaohsiung

hallo, good morning my name is Rizal, welcome back to my channel so today I am going to try Kaohsiung local breakfast based on what I search here in Kaohsiung, one of the very famous breakfast dish is milkfish congee so I'm gonna try how it tastes behind me is the shop, let's go OK so I have the milkfish congee in front of me right now they cut the milkfish into pieces wow, we know that milkfish has a lot of bones, right but I don't see any bones there is oyster and fried dough sticks and celery let's try to mix them all together hmm, I'm very curious about how it tastes whoa do you know the taste of congee, right it's more savory, because it has a fish taste and do you know in Indonesia when we talk about congee, the rice will be melted but right now, we still can see the rice structure it's like rice and soup in Taiwan I mean Taiwan style of congee is like that we still can see the shape of rice that's a different between in Indonesia and in Taiwan this fried dough sticks is pretty common in Taiwan breakfast mmm I think eating together with this fried dough stick is so good I think with a taste like this, with this very good taste, the price is very cheap the price is only 50 NT dollars and you can get a pack of small bowl of milkfish congee when the first time I came to Taiwan I thought maybe the culture in here is not the same with in Indonesia because people in here will not eat rice in the morning but turns out I found another style of eating breakfast in Taiwan, in Kaohsiung people eat congee for breakfast very special oh they give more than one oysters, wow if you come to Kaohsiung, make sure that you try this food because this is a must-try food in Kaohsiung very special really really different with the common style of Taiwan breakfast shop that we usually eat in north of Taiwan to me small portion is enough because I used to eat breakfast not that much then this small portion is a perfect size for me OK so I am in Dān dān hànbǎo (Dandan hamburger) this is a BBQ chicken burger and this one is fried chicken and cola and they gave us black pepper powder actually in here the very famous menu that most people order is Miàn xiàn (noodle) but I think it has pork inside however so unfortunately I cannot eat that since the name is Dandan hamburger, so I'm gonna try their burger wow so this is a burger inside, they have a BBQ chicken and some vegetables I think they put mustard let's try it's a little bit sweet but the taste of the BBQ is pretty strong for the drinks you can choose cola or sprite or lemon brown tea the taste come out after you bite the chicken so you really have to go deep down to the chicken until you find the taste otherwise you get only the outer part, which is only powder it's very difficult to get a seat in here because the shop is very crowded I had to queue before getting the seat so it's normal if you come to Dandan hamburger, and they're queuing, you don't directly get your seat if you guys can eat pork, it is recommended to eat their Miàn xiàn (noodle) because when I came here, I saw so many people in here on the table, they eat Miàn xiàn if you can eat pork, then you can try it the chicken is so tender inside but it's covered with a very crispy outer skin I think you could come here and try it by yourself now we're going to enter the MRT and heading to the Dragon and Tiger Pagodas yeah we have arrived in Dragon and Tiger Pagodas but it's under construction now, oh no I did not expect it I'm not sure we can go inside or not anyway before going to the Dragon and Tiger Pagodas we will cross the bridge like zigzag (in a zigzag way) and first of all we have to enter from the dragon's throat and then go out from tiger's mouth that means we are turning the bad luck into the good luck that's the meaning let's go inside did you see some people go out from (dragon's throat)... what does that mean... we have to enter from the dragon's throat and then go out from tiger's mouth that means we are turning the bad luck into the good luck that means turning the good luck into the bad luck ???
