———————————————————————
Hi guys,
thank you for watching. My name is Rizal. I am from Indonesia and I am currently living in Taiwan.
First of all, welcome to my 8th episode of Bangkok vlog series. I did not imagine that I would make many videos of this Bangkok trip. Maybe my excitement has encouraged me to shoot more and edit more Bangkok videos.
The secret is, I will have one more Bangkok video. Yap, that means, this Bangkok series is coming to an end. I am happy that recently I have some new subscribers here. I hope we all could keep in touch through this channel.
One of the thing I hope I could achieve through this channel is that to connect with people. I like to share stories, but I could hear yours as well. Comments section is very open for discussion.
Anyway, I would also be happy to hear your experience or opinions about Bangkok. You may share some thoughts in the comment section.
Thank you for watching this video. I will see you on the next episode.

So far this is the most delicious curry, Thai curry I have ever eaten on this trip.
I was just about to enter the MRT station and I wanted to take my card with this rabbit card.
Turns out that I can't use this rabbit card because this is only used in BTS instead of MRT.
So I asked them and I made sure that yes, we can't use this for the MRT.
Only we can use this in BTS.
That means we have to buy, purchase the ticket here.
19 Baht for 2 stations.
This time I tried Bangkok MRT.
If you have ever failed to tap BTS card when you want to enter MRT station, don't worry, you're not alone.
We still can take the MRT by purchasing a token for a single ride.
Like the one I did.
Anyway, I just heard that we also can simply tap our credit card to access the MRT station.
If you have this experience, you may share in the comment section.
It's pretty weird to see this is green and this is...
I was about to say this is red but right now it's already green.
Another cool thing is...
Wow, this is like a scooter.
Scooter, yeah.
Things that we can ride and rent.
We also can put our phone here.
I think it's for a phone holder.
I originally wanted to go to Big C.
I know Big C is very popular and there are many chains of the shop.
But what I searched from Google is the closest Big C to me.
And I took the MRT and I arrived in the location.
I think it should be inside here.
After I went inside, I don't see any Big C shop.
Even though I even walked a little bit outside and searched nearby.
There.
Or even the other side.
I can't find.
But Google said we've arrived.
Okay.
I don't know.
I don't know about that.
We gotta find it.
Finally found this.
Actually, this is in D1.
So this is 24 hours.
We could find many things in Big C like tea, peanut and even Hydeella hotpot soup base like this.
This is plastic.
In Taiwan, we use glasses and the price is cheaper than this.
I feel so many things in here.
The price is more expensive than the one that I can find in Taiwan.
I've just learned about it.
Wow.
Honestly, Big C offers you with many kinds of must-buy products and souvenirs in Thailand.
It's pretty complete.
Instead of comparing prices here and there, I guess I should try to see more local Thai products here.
Very interesting.
I saw public bike in here.
So I think this is my first time seeing the public bike in Bangkok.
I don't know how it works.
There's no tapping card place.
But cool to know this.
Now, I'm going to take a bus to go to our next destination.
Khao San Road.
Yeah.
This place is very lively and vibrant where many tourists come to visit.
You'll find out Khao San Road is popular with its night market, lively bars and cheap rentals.
Anyway, in the middle of the loud bars here, I saw Halal Chicken Kebab store.
Did you just see how she heat the kebab skin?
Wow, it's so special there.
Anyway, she put some vegetables after that.
Spicy sauce.
Tomato sauce.
That looks many sauce.
And of course, the chicken.
I think now I understand why the heat is on the side.
To heat the chicken meat, right?
Oh my god, why I just realized about this?
Then, everything is just wrapped together.
That looks so thick for a single kebab.
And did you realize how polite she said thank you?
I feel that's one of the thing I admire about Thai people.
After a bite, the taste is...
I really like it.
I didn't imagine that the skin is perfectly cooked with that way.
You remember, right?
It's crispy outside and very tender inside.
Savory, sweet, salty at the same time.
Anyway, not so far from kebab.
I want to sit for a while to eat in here.
Green curry and red curry.
Curry, Thai curry.
Surprisingly, green curry is more spicy than the red curry.
Another thing you cannot miss while you visit Khao San route is that the massage.
There are plenty massage shops you can choose.
Some are foot and some are full body massage.
After a long walk, I decided to have a 30 minutes foot massage here.
The staff are friendly and professional.
First, they will ask us to sit here and we will clean our feet.
Then after that, they will let us to go to a room where we can lay on and we will get the massage there.
Oh yeah, if you wear tight pants or any pants that would make the massage difficult,
they would provide some pants that you could borrow.
I feel so relaxed and comfortable.
It's like you pause the time for a moment and you rest a bit.
As we know that foot massage could improve blood circulation, stimulate muscles and it will ease the pain.
Finally, after a very long walk.
30 minutes went too fast.
But I'm afraid if I choose longer time like 1 or 2 hours, I would fall asleep here.
If you have watched my previous videos, you might be familiar with bus ticketing in Bangkok already, right?
What I always see is that whatever bus you take, you will see there is a person, a conductor,
who will come over to you and ask where you want to go and they will tell you how much you need to pay.
All of them will have that cylinder ticketing tube. Very special.
On the bus, I always open Google and track where I am right now to make sure that I'm on track
and make sure that I will go to the places that I want to go.
I'm checking this way.
Because I want to go here, so right now I'm here.
Bye bye Bangkok. I'll see you next time.
Every piece of me wants to show you that I'm real.
