How to meditate for a new person?
Let Brian guide you through the journey of healing, body and mind.
For Brian, the journey of meditation starts from very small things.
It's not as complicated as the books describe.
Have you ever tried cooking, sweeping the house, reading or working?
But your mind does not wander, and it only needs us to be completely here in the present moment.
Do you feel that sometimes meditation is just a single thought?
Do you cherish every moment of your life and love life more than anything else?
Brian calls the moments when your mind meditates on the present,
feeling the happiness of being alive, not living in the past, not being tied to the future,
is meditation.
Meditation practice is also very simple, but it brings great benefits,
such as healing the body and mind, healing the nervous system, and curing many diseases.
After a period of meditation, people often say,
they get a little bit of the power of meditation, or a little bit of the glory of meditation.
In fact, meditation also has the effect of rejuvenating and bringing back happiness.
When connected to the infinite energy source of the universe,
and when you realize that you are a part of the universe,
people will also receive the blessing,
which has the effect of relieving suffering and overcoming difficulties in life.
The boundless happiness that meditation brings is difficult to describe in words or through words.
Its benefit is that only practitioners can feel it with perseverance.
If you want to feel the vast space of the mind,
happiness and connection to the inside,
starting today is never late.
Preparing for a meditation session is very easy,
including three parts, which are space, body and mind.
To prepare the space for the meditation session,
temporarily turn off all mobile devices or switch to non-rotating mode.
For Brian, choose a quiet space with Chinese lights and especially no smell.
Brian often raises the frequency of the space to make it a little cleaner
by lighting incense, burning incense, or turning on the frequency music to raise the space.
You can light a candle or a little bit of oil to make yourself feel more comfortable.
For Brian, Brian always lowers a small candle because it makes Brian feel more comfortable and warm.
The second part, body and mind, can be a miraculous machine that maintains all human consciousness.
And all that consciousness operates through a single mechanism, which is feeling.
Step into a meditation session with the most comfortable feeling.
First, sit in a comfortable sitting position and let your life be really comfortable.
Wear comfortable, cool clothes.
Especially do not wear tight pants because it will make your sitting posture curled up.
Sit on a flat or soft surface to raise your hips as high as possible and straighten your back.
The important thing is that you keep your back straight and your head as high as possible.
When your back is straight and your head is as high as possible, you will create an energy line from the first lunge to the seventh lunge in a circular motion.
You should relax your shoulders, neck, and knees before entering meditation to have the most relaxation possible.
You don't have to care too much about sitting like this, sitting like that.
The most important sitting posture is the sitting posture that brings you comfort.
For Brian, Brian likes to put his hands on his thighs and straighten his arms.
The thumb and index finger close together to form the Gyan Mudra, also known as the Wisdom Mudra.
This Mudra has the effect of creating a circle of energy around the body, protecting the body from the turbulence of the surrounding space.
Whenever you feel uncomfortable, gently move your shoulders, neck, and knees, or move your arms and legs before returning to the sitting posture.
When you feel really comfortable, gently close your eyes and let's start part 3.
Calmness
To calm your mind, bring your attention to the body, to the breath.
You can choose a specific position in the body and follow the feeling of breathing.
For example, choose a position around your nose, your chest, or your belly.
When you breathe in, know that you are breathing in.
And when you breathe out, know that you are breathing out.
You can follow the breath and repeat in your mind.
When you breathe in, speak softly, breathe in.
When you breathe out, speak softly, breathe out.
When the mind wanders, we gently bring the attention of the body back to the breath.
Mind wandering is not a problem or a mistake in meditation.
By meditating regularly, you will gradually control your mind.
Continue to observe your mind when it is out of breath.
Simply bring it back to the breath. That is meditation.
Allow the breath to happen naturally as it happens.
No need to try to change it.
Just breathe.
And observe the feeling of the air going in and out of your body.
Whenever our mind wanders, we determine which object appears.
What attracts our attention?
Is it the sound, our thoughts, or our feelings?
Silently determine the object when thoughts appear in us.
And say silently that if thoughts, know it is thoughts.
If sound, know it is sound.
If feelings appear, say it is feelings.
After determining and knowing the object, we do not evaluate, do not analyze.
We just ignore the object and bring our attention back to the breath.
If you want to do meditation seriously, decide to do it for 30 days.
If you do not have 30 days experience, it will be very difficult to know what meditation is like.
You only need to meditate for at least 15 minutes a day.
If that is too much, you can reduce it from 5 to 10 minutes.
Even 2 to 3 minutes.
As long as you make the commitment to meditate continuously for 30 days.
You will feel very comfortable.
If you choose a fixed time during the day, your body will remember that.
Meditation is a very simple technique.
However, it is very difficult if you do not have the commitment and will to do it.
If you are determined to experience meditation,
a miracle will happen to you after experiencing meditation for 30 days.
I wish you happiness, peace and health.
We will meet again 30 days in a row.
Thank you very much for watching the video clip today.
I wish you good health and peace.
Goodbye and see you again.
