(Premier League 2023/2024): Highlights Burnley - Crystal Palace

Turfmoor rises for Burnley and Crystal Palace on a chilly November afternoon. A big 90 minutes ahead for both sides. Christian Benteke got two and Mark Gaye got his first four Palace. Now Jordan Eyre wriggles away beautifully. Palace are in here. What a chance! Taken at the far post by Jeffrey Schlupp. First moment of true quality by Crystal Palace as an attacking force. Taylor with the pass. It's a good one. Kolyosha with the touch and that is a superb piece of defending from Anderson. Kolyosha. It's another brilliant run and Gudmundsson with Burnley's best chance of the afternoon. And they might be in again here. It's another good run and it's Keyboard Rigo certainly thumps it home but surely he is offside. Three of the last five for four today. A double a couple of seasons ago and they're threatening here. They've waited for this opportunity and it's blazed over by Kolyosha. Never really looks at. Here comes some Gudmundsson. Oh it's another fine save. Instinctive on that occasion. Rodriguez it was with the header. That's a very good save from Johnston. Only three or four now today. He and the rest of the Palace defenders have had terrific days and here is Eze. Eze. Chance to finish it. Taken by Tyreke Mitchell. Roy Hodgson. Young Tyreke Mitchell ran the length of the pitch to provide the option. Two nil. Palace win for the fourth time this season. They worked incredibly hard for this. Vincent Companies Burnley beaten at home for the sixth time in a row. The first time that's ever happened.
