---------------------------

An adult and an under-adult
are able to take responsibility for what is happening in their lives.
All the obstacles here are created by yourself.
If you keep making mistakes, your life will be the same as it is now.
If you want to do something in this life,
if you want to change your life,
or help others change their lives,
you have to do it.
And the first thing you need to do is to learn how to take responsibility.
How to take responsibility.
An adult and an under-adult
are able to take responsibility for what is happening in their lives.
If you say you don't have Internet,
why don't you ask the guy next to you for 3G?
You will say he doesn't allow it.
Why don't you find another place
where people are willing to share Internet with you?
So we can see that all the obstacles here are created by yourself.
And the first obstacle is to make mistakes.
And we continue at point A.
Point A is not to climb Strava.
Point B is to climb Strava.
Why?
Do you have the formula?
The teacher sent an email.
Click on the link and it will run.
Do you have a plan B?
If you have a plan B, come here.
Do you have faith and want to be stronger?
Yes.
Do you do it?
No.
So it stops at step 4.
Don't do it.
Why don't you do it?
Don't do it because you make a mistake for the Internet.
And that is the first reason.
So if you continue to make mistakes,
your life will be the same as it is now.
Raise your two fingers up.
Point to your forehead and say,
I take responsibility for my life.
Do it again.
The second thing
that those who can't do this will do
is to complain.
They complain.
They blame someone.
Until now, they complain about something happening.
They can complain about the government.
They complain about the economy.
They complain about the education system.
They complain about the law.
They complain about the flood.
They complain about the environment.
And when they complain,
their life becomes more and more difficult.
Because when we focus on something,
what will happen to that thing?
It will explode.
When we complain, we are focusing on the difficult things,
the things that hinder us.
And at that time, we will become more and more difficult.
And when we let go of all this complaining, what do we do?
What do we do?
When we complain, we just act.
Just do it.
Don't wait for it anymore.
Don't blame it anymore.
I'll give you a small example.
Is my Linh here?
Ah, she's over there.
The small corner.
When she was 5 years old,
when she was 5 years old, I taught her this song.
It's very small.
Come on, stand up so the teachers can see you.
There, is it pretty?
Ah, she's learning the song.
Sit down and continue to learn.
That's just advertising.
Complaining.
Blaming.
Now, let's move on to action.
Just do it.
And the third one.
Much more difficult.
Change.
That's right.
Blaming.
Why are you late?
Ah, bro, I have something to do at home.
Why are you off work?
Bro, I have a stomachache today.
Why do you have a stomachache so much?
Bro, I have a stomach ulcer.
Blaming means what?
He gives a reason.
It's very reasonable.
For example,
Why did you blame Shaba?
I don't have 3G.
My 3G is out of stock.
Now, if you can't blame Shaba,
I'll break your head.
How do you choose?
Huh?
He said,
I'll let you blame.
Then,
What about you?
I don't have internet.
Do you have a way to have internet?
Wait a minute.
So,
we see that
between a person
who is motivated to work
and a person who is not motivated to work.
A person is motivated.
They are responsible.
They do it.
And a person who can't do it.
They make mistakes.
They complain.
They blame for their actions.
Successful formula.
Successful formula in any field
has only one important keyword.
Three words.
Measure.
Check.
Optimize.
Measure.
Check.
Optimize.
My advice is that
you don't need to upgrade
to the payment version
until you really need to upgrade.
Don't upgrade until you really need to upgrade.
Upgrading is losing...
I used to buy 1.2 million.
Now, you only buy 500.
But don't buy.
Because it's not necessary.
Measure.
Check.
Optimize.
What is measuring?
So, I will show you
how I run
and how I measure.
Come on.
Please open Pham Thanh Long's book.
Please look at the screen.
Measure.
What is measuring?
Pham Thanh Long.
Have you found Pham Thanh Long?
His last record was 38.
He won at 38.
Now, he is down to 43.
Oh my god.
It's humiliating.
Okay.
For example,
my nearest race track is West Lake.
Click on West Lake.
Did you click on it?
Please look at the screen.
When you click on West Lake,
you will see
how I won the prize that day.
P.A.
means Personal Record.
Personal Achievement.
I completed 5 hours 5 minutes and 30 seconds
on the Sao Pao youth track.
P.A.
means I completed a full 14.6 km race track.
It's 1 hour 57 minutes.
Okay.
Wait a minute.
There is one more thing.
ViewFlyMy is the one who was with me that day.
Don't click on it.
WorkOutAnalytics is down there.
It's being edited.
Down there.
Because your account is not a payment account,
so you can't see my other achievements.
But you can see that
I also competed on this track.
I lost 2 hours and 20 minutes.
This team, I was with another team.
I lost 2 hours,
which is 1 hour and 50 minutes.
I changed my achievement to 20%
because we were on the same track.
So, I monitored, measured, and checked.
I only compared with myself.
That's it.
Write down this important thing in sports.
This is because we play sports.
We don't play high-level sports.
We play freestyle sports.
So, there is an important keyword that
I compare with myself.
I just need to be better than me yesterday.
I don't need it.
I just need to be better than me last week.
I don't need it either.
I just need to be better than me last month.
You just need to be better than yourself last month.
Remember that.
You just need to be better than yourself.
You don't need to be better than others.
But remember that you have to run, not walk.
Now, this morning,
we have a formula that the master taught us.
But now, we need to create a motivation.
Many people ask me,
Master, I'm happy to do this job next to you.
But when I get home, I drop it.
How many of you also fall into this situation?
Raise your hand and say it.
Thank you.
This is a secret of the game.
We need to attach our actions to meanings.
Attach it to the meaning of life.
It will make us feel better.
Life will make us feel better.
When we do something meaningful,
we have more motivation.
So if you want to sell successfully,
because tomorrow we will talk about selling,
if you want to sell successfully,
money is the measure.
But you have to attach selling to a meaning,
which is helping customers.
That's the secret.
If you want to develop a team,
you have to say that selling is helping customers.
You have to put it in your head that selling is helping customers.
Helping them.
That's the meaning of selling.
So we also have to attach the meaning of running.
Running is healthy, right?
How many of you believe that running makes you healthier?
Raise your hand.
Great.
There's another great thing.
When we attach Stava,
running inspires others to run.
Every weekend, you will see me in third or fourth place.
I always let someone stand above me.
When they stand above me, they feel very happy.
It's like they won a gold medal.
They are happier than me because they beat their teacher.
So I usually run 400 meters away from the third person.
You just pay attention to it every week.
If I run 400 meters away, I turn off my watch.
I don't count points anymore.
To make the person above me happy.
Do you understand this secret?
I run to make you feel meaningful.
I will run.
Ah, this is my achievement.
Okay.
So you have to remember that
you have to attach your activities to something meaningful.
You have to create that meaning yourself.
That way, it will give you a high score.
For example, some people here will have a high personal achievement.
Every race like this, I get medals.
This software helps me get medals.
The first time I finished the West Lake,
I was in the 1600th place.
And now I run again, I'm in the 200th place.
200th place.
As you can see, from the 1600th to the 200th place is a good achievement.
Okay, here's another thing.
I will talk about six needs later.
But there is a very basic need for human beings.
That we feel meaningful in life.
That is dedication.
And if you attach running activities to dedication,
you will make your running more difficult,
much stronger.
Attach it to dedication.
So how do I love running?
There are three things that will make you addicted to running right now.
First, you have to understand this.
First, running makes you healthier every day.
In general, it will be happier every day.
That is something everyone must be aware of clearly.
Because the cardiovascular system will work much more effectively.
Second, running will help you make more money.
Because you get to show up in front of the public.
You get to show up in front of the public.
On the Internet, many people will know about you, learn about you.
Especially those who sell food products, lose weight, gain weight.
They must have a healthy lifestyle.
So running helps you make more money.
Running makes you love your family more.
Because when you are healthy, others are happy.
That is a given.
Because they don't have to worry about taking care of you when you are sick.
There are many other meanings that you will find out in life.
Fourth, running will satisfy the ego of each person.
This is the first thing I want to share with you.
Because running will make you feel better.
It will make you feel better every day.
It will create something called the winning enzyme in your body.
This enzyme stimulates your body like a hormone.
This winning hormone stimulates your body like a hormone.
It makes you wear shoes and take a walk every day to beat yourself yesterday.
The feeling of winning in running will bring you to winning in gambling.
In another game of life.
So start running.
It will bring you to the feeling of winning.
If you can't sell, you get angry.
You will lose your energy.
But in spite of that, if you run and beat yourself yesterday,
you will be more confident to walk on the road of selling.
You will learn.
If you can't solve a math problem, you can skip it.
But running will give you the energy to solve it.
That is the amazing thing.
Running will change your personality.
The sport of running is a personal sport.
But it is a team sport.
Just remember.
When you run slower than someone else,
there is always someone beside you telling you to do better.
Is that right?
When you are about to turn around,
there is always someone telling you to move forward.
If you participate in a marathon race,
there is always someone supporting you.
Even though they are your opponent.
They compete with you, but they still support you.
Running creates the winning enzyme.
Running changes your personality.
Running increases your confidence.
Running makes you more confident in this life.
Fifth.
No, this is still the fourth.
Fifth.
Running develops your personality.
Because running helps you develop your personality.
It increases your confidence in life.
It expands your comfort zone.
Are you ready to accept
doing more difficult things in life?
And the last thing.
I want to tell you right now.
Running can also be charity.
Ten years ago,
I came to a show like this in Singapore.
300 people.
And I never thought that I would stand on stage
and control 1,500 or 1,600 people
dancing in the audience.
And I never thought that I would do a miracle like today.
1,500 people were happy.
But I was still afraid that the stage would collapse.
This stage is made of steel.
And we were happy together.
When the band was dancing, we were dancing lightly.
We were dancing lightly.
If we didn't dance with each other, the stage would collapse.
This time, the stage collapsed.
There were only 1,200 people dancing with each other.
Today, there are 1,500 people.
But at that time, I said,
Damn, they are crazy.
After that, I thought I was a normal person.
I sat on the chair.
Just like the other guy sitting on the chair.
The two guys were sitting next to each other.
I thought I was a normal person.
I sat on the chair.
No, the picture was even deeper.
This picture was taken later.
This picture was taken in 2006.
It was around 2010.
And I thought I was a normal person.
They were dancing. They were crazy.
But I really realized one thing.
They were even crazier on the third day.
On the last day, the class was over.
The class was over.
They took down all the chairs.
Then they threw their stuff up.
Their speakers were on.
The organizers were cleaning up.
They threw their speakers on the stage.
They kept throwing them.
They kept going crazy.
They kept dancing all night.
And I said,
Oh, f**k.
They are so annoying.
They keep dancing all day.
I went down to the organizers.
The organizers said,
Give me back my money.
I said, No, I didn't mean that.
I said, I have to teach them.
I lost my job abroad.
I have to teach them a lot.
I can't just dance.
They said,
We are teaching you.
I said, F**k you.
I came here to study.
Why do you keep dancing?
The teacher was very kind.
He just complained.
He didn't say anything.
After the show was over,
he was embarrassed.
He said,
The other guy said,
I am very grateful to that teacher.
Although he is a very normal person,
he taught me a lot in life.
When I was in school,
he was over 60 years old.
Now I think he is over 70 years old.
He is old.
The Vietnamese teachers are still teaching him.
But he doesn't have the old days
to teach me anymore.
It's a shame that you can't see
my old teachers now.
The teacher is still alive,
but he is not the teacher I studied with.
He said,
I flew from the US.
I had a bad backache.
So I didn't sleep last night.
I was in the gym.
And now,
who is going to compete with me?
45%
A lot of young people came up
to compete with him.
45%
Success.
Then he said,
Who is going to compete with me?
Not compete,
but jump high,
jump up,
jump down like that time.
Who will die first?
Most of the young people were exhausted.
He told me this.
He told the whole class.
If you want to have a quality life,
you have to be like me.
Exercise.
All the young people there
realized one thing.
If we exercise like this old man,
then when we are like this old man,
we will be much better than him.
The second thing he taught me,
I am very grateful to him.
I see him as my father.
He taught me the second thing.
He said,
I divorced my wife 19 years ago.
Then I married the right woman.
He taught me how to talk to my wife.
And he said,
wherever you go,
you have to call your wife.
It's a very interesting thing in life.
Sometimes I forget.
When I grow up,
I often forget.
Sometimes when I don't go with my wife,
I go with someone else.
Then I have to
call my wife to remind her.
Then I have a different reflection.
That happens all the time.
The third story he taught me,
is no cap.
No cap.
Although I am already no cap,
but he taught me no cap.
There is one thing that I still sometimes,
every time I do that,
I remember him.
That is,
no beer,
no alcohol.
The first thing he taught me was no ice cream.
That is, no ice cream.
I can do this.
Then he taught me no alcohol.
That is, no beer, no alcohol.
But after that process,
I was addicted to beer.
In the afternoon,
3 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon,
we started texting each other.
Around 10 o'clock, I got home.
I was drunk.
But since then,
I haven't been drunk like that anymore.
Sometimes, I get drunk once.
When I get drunk, I get drunk.
It's been a long time since I've had such a phenomenon.
That is also a big change.
No alcohol.
No sugar, no alcohol, no ice cream.
That is, no cap.
That is a big change in my life.
Of course, the Westerners
don't eat pho, don't eat rice like me.
But since then,
I haven't eaten pho or rice.
That is,
it's been a long time since I did a little bit.
The amount of rice in my house has also decreased significantly.
That is the next healthy habit.
I will talk about cap in another show,
but not today.
But that is my habit change.
And Mr. Huy said one more thing.
That is art to achieve a goal.
There are two things that we have to learn and practice
until it becomes art.
That is the first art.
That is art to achieve a goal.
Art to win to achieve a goal.
Today, we learned a lot about art to achieve a goal.
The first thing I learned is to set a goal clearly, right?
What is art to achieve a goal?
Set a clear goal.
Set a goal.
Determine how to overcome obstacles.
Believe in yourself as a teacher.
Don't make mistakes.
Don't complain.
Act strongly.
So when you achieve a goal,
stop when you encounter difficulties.
Don't ever give up.
If you stop,
if you encounter difficulties,
stop and observe a little.
But never give up on your goal.
I learned how to achieve that goal.
That is art.
And gradually it becomes a quality in life.
Art to achieve a goal.
We will continue to learn this.
But the second big thing that I learned from this special teacher of mine
is the art of winning.
Why do the poor not know how to be happy?
That's right.
He said to me,
those who don't know how to be happy are never rich.
And even when you are rich,
but you don't know how to be happy,
you will never be poor.
Continue.
Why?
Because every time you are happy to win,
an enzyme,
that winning enzyme,
which I mentioned earlier,
is released.
You will inject this substance to find a new victory.
The second thing,
you make your victory meaningful to you,
so you continue to strive to find new victories.
It can be a game of money,
it can be a game of selling goods,
it can be a game of business,
it can simply be a game of a team.
But you have to learn how to be happy.
And if you know how to be happy to win,
you will achieve more achievements in this life.
The art of achieving achievements and the art of being happy.
But why don't we be happy?
Because we are raised in another culture.
I found this very surprising when I went abroad.
Because we,
I, not we,
I was raised in a family.
My parents told me not to make noise.
And so the noise became very annoying to me.
My parents said,
when I went to school, the teacher said,
be polite!
And so since then,
when I went to school, I had to be polite,
I had to sit still, I had to wave,
I had to look at the teacher.
I learned from a very good Indian teacher,
Mr. Samulin.
He said,
whoever waved during class,
will be punished 500,000.
He said,
just because you are Vietnamese,
why do you have to be so polite?
You have to be more active,
so that you can gain more knowledge.
Whoever waved, 500,000.
One day, there was a student,
my team, Mr. Tung Rieu,
who was punished 500,000.
There were a few others who were punished 4 times.
There was a guy from Lao Cai who went to school,
he was punished 4 times.
He was punished 4 times in 2 days,
once in the morning, once in the afternoon,
he was punished like a picture.
Once in a while, he waved,
he didn't wave,
he put his hand on the table.
Like this, on the table.
He was punished 500,000.
He was punished 500,000 more.
From then on,
there was no more waving during class.
I have been waving since then,
I still wave, but I wave backwards.
I have to do this, I have to practice.
Why? When you wave,
when you wave, your brain closes,
your brain closes,
it can't learn.
But when you wave,
we think we are polite,
but in fact, when you wave,
your brain closes at the same time.
That is a very good mechanism
of learning.
So, there are 2 arts
that we need to train
to be successful.
Train it to be a very successful art.
Art to be successful, art to be successful.
And the second art is
the art of celebration.
So, the excitement of children
is a very exciting thing
in our lives.
So now, I tell you,
stand up, celebrate.
So, how do you celebrate?
Celebrate.
Celebrate, you have to follow the group.
Celebrate, you can't celebrate alone.
It's okay to celebrate alone,
but it's not happy.
So, I will celebrate.
You will jump, you will dance,
you will shout as crazy as you can.
Make your group
as passionate as possible.
Then, we call it celebration.
1, 2, 3.
