Hi guys, today in ELECTRO TECHNOLOGY in 5 minutes.
An interesting topic, I feed into my counter over a phase, over another phase I take something out.
What does the counter do, what does the counter look like and when does the counter tilt?
So if I feed in more than I need.
I'll show you now.
I made a little setup for this.
I have to take energy from some other network to feed into my home network.
And how did I do that?
You'll see now.
I have a power station here that provides me with energy.
And this energy goes on into a lab power supply.
A normal lab power supply.
And that goes on into a 300 watt inverter.
And that goes into a phase through Schuko.
My counter, as you can see, shows me the momentary power.
If you want to know how to unlock your counter so that you can see the momentary power and other values, I'll link a video up here.
In the standard case, it can only show you three values.
Just not the entire consumption.
In any case, I'm consuming 270 watts here.
I'll bring that down here when I turn off the light.
Let's take a look at that.
These 270 watts are consumed at some other phase.
I would say I need a bit of special light.
Then I turn the whole thing on.
30 volts go into the inverter.
Of course, it takes a while for it to become active.
Until it has synchronized properly.
That's what's happening right now in my professional setup.
And we have to wait a bit.
Now it's happening.
Now he's pushing something in.
And what are we currently pushing in?
30 volts and half an amp makes 15 watts.
Why? No more.
Because I was able to limit the current.
You can turn it up here.
What happens to the consumption when I go up here?
I'll turn it up here now.
Then you can see that I can make it go down nicely here.
Do you see that? It goes down nicely here.
Until I'm here at the stop, where I am right now, we still have 130 watts.
And now?
This is how my experimental setup works.
I can control the power that I feed in.
And now I'll try to reduce the consumption in the house.
And then feed in this tipping point.
Now it's about the tipping point.
What happens to the counter when I go from 10 watts, 5 watts, 4 watts, 1 watt, 0 watt.
And then click, I feed in.
What happens then? Let's take a look at that now.
So, we still have 84 watts here.
And now I'm slowly accelerating here.
You see, 40 watts, now it's going to be exciting.
Something flashes.
And now, if you can see it down here.
Now here, in here, there's a dot or a line.
And now I'm feeding in 23 watts into the grid.
So, I'm going to divide that now.
So I'm going down slowly again.
My feed-in power will go down.
So, now the dot is gone and now I'm consuming again.
Now I take my feed-in power down.
So, and now I'm consuming 90 watts again.
So, that's how it works.
And since this is a salting cell, it doesn't matter at all which phase I take something from here.
As you can see, I can't...
Let's turn off the light.
It doesn't look that scary.
So, it really doesn't matter which phase something goes away from.
Because it makes L1, current, plus L2, current, plus L3, current.
So, it counts together.
For example, L1 would be plus 5 amps.
L2 would be plus 10 amps.
And L3 is minus 5 amps.
Then I get plus 5, plus 10, minus 5.
I get 10 amps in total.
And that's what we're calculating here.
What's interesting about this counter is the following.
It's a two-way counter.
The moment I feed in, another counter counts.
So, I have my consumption and how much I fed in.
And that's separated, that's why it's called a two-way counter.
Good.
Then I hope...
I hope this video has given you more information.
For me, this is very elementary and important.
Especially when I work on balconies.
This is what the feed looks like.
This is how the counter behaves.
It's really nice.
Now I wish you a nice day.
Goodbye and see you again.

Here's another cool new video.
Goodbye and see you again.
Bye.
