Doctor, I hear that my face is young because I take good care of my face after hearing your story,
but when I look at my hands, they really look like my grandmother's hands.
How do I take care of my hands?
I'll tell you that in this video.
Until the day your skin shines,
I'm a dermatologist, Dr. Skin.
These days, everyone takes good care of their skin.
When you look at your face, it's hard to tell how old you are.
But there's something you can't hide your age.
It's your neck and hands.
I've talked about neck wrinkles a few times in previous videos.
In this video, I'm going to tell you how to prevent aging on your hands.
And I'll tell you how to get your old hands back young.
The back of your hand is very smooth when you're young, right?
If you look at the far left of these five pictures,
This is what the back of your hand looks like when you're young.
But as you go to the right, you'll see the shape of the back of your hand as you get older.
As you get older, the fat on your hands decreases.
So the part that doesn't have bones or structures like this,
As the fat goes down, it goes down and goes in.
And then the veins and blood vessels that were buried under the fat and couldn't be seen well.
It's more visible on the surface of the skin.
So the veins and blood vessels pop out.
The part that went down goes in.
The back of your hand looks bumpy, right?
And then the volume of the hand decreases.
The leather on the outside of the skin is left and it's wrinkled.
The back of my hand is wrinkled and I have a lot of wrinkles.
And then there's a lot of black things on the back of your hand.
If you touch it, it's a little protruding up.
When you touch it with your hands, it's bumpy.
There are dried mushrooms.
It's not protruding when you touch it.
It's smooth and it's just brown.
It's called black.
So in short, as you get older,
The fat on the back of your hand goes down.
And then you can see the veins and veins.
It's bumpy.
And then the surface of the skin is wrinkled and wrinkled.
And then there's a lot of dried mushrooms or pigments.
I can summarize it like this.
Then why does the hand age like this?
The reason is that the first one is interpersonal aging.
Depending on how old we are,
Because it naturally ages,
My hands are also aging.
Also called external aging.
Your hands are exposed to a lot of UV rays.
It's dry again.
Or it's friction and it's stimulating.
As this skin barrier is damaged,
The aging of the skin is accelerated.
The aging of the back of the hand can be accelerated.
So if you think about it,
Most of our body parts are covered by clothes or other things.
But the face and hands are not covered.
Most of them are exposed.
So I think it's more than other body parts.
You get a lot of UV rays.
And then the temperature changes and the humidity changes.
It's exposed as it is, so it's easy to get dry.
So it's a little easier to age.
It's a part that needs special care.
You can think of it like this.
I told you about the causes of aging earlier.
About this interpersonal aging,
Whether it's a meal, exercise, weight control,
Whether it's abstinence or abstinence.
You need to take care of aging while managing these things.
External aging is especially for those who sanitize their hands a lot.
Or while doing the dishes or housework at home.
Women who get a lot of water on their hands.
The skin barrier on the hands is more likely to deteriorate.
These people pay special attention to hand moisturizing.
Always carry hand cream.
Always apply it moistly and not dry.
And then when you go outside,
Put some sunscreen on the back of your hand.
And then when we cover the sun from the outside,
There's a case where you cover it with your back of your hand.
But this is really bad.
So don't use your hands to cover it like this.
Use a parasol or a sun cap or a hat.
When you don't have a tool like this and you don't have anything to cover,
Rather than covering it with your back of your hand,
Try covering it with the bottom of your hand.
If you do that, you'll be able to slow down the aging of the back of your hand.
So far, how does it look when the back of your hand is aged?
And I told you how to prevent aging.
So if you're already aging,
How can I make you look younger?
I'll tell you about this part.
You can approach it in three main ways.
First of all, let me tell you about some simple pigments.
When you get older, you get pigments on your hands.
Like I said earlier,
There are dried mushrooms that pop out when you touch them.
And then when you touch it, it's flat and smooth.
There are pigments like blackheads.
First of all, the dried mushrooms that pop out.
You can burn it with a burning laser and remove it.
It's very simple.
Burning lasers are usually CO2 lasers or abium laser.
There are things like this.
So it's like removing a mole on your face or a dried mushroom or a flat desert.
It's similar to that.
The problem is, the face is very simple.
After the procedure,
If you put on a week of recycling tape, you'll recover.
Red and brown come off quickly.
But after the procedure, the red and brown don't come off quickly.
It lasts longer than you think.
That's the only difference.
The procedure itself is not difficult or anything.
Next, when you touch the pigments,
There are pigments that are smooth and flat.
I don't burn this to treat it.
I use a pigmentation laser to treat it.
You can use a variety of lasers.
I usually use lasers 532 or 1064.
The pigmentation treatment on the back of the hand is the same as the pigmentation treatment on the face.
But the problem is, after the treatment,
The red and brown pigmentation lasts much longer than the face.
That's the only difference.
The rest is the same.
So if you're considering treatment,
It's better to treat it in the fall or winter.
Next, as you get older, you lose fat.
The problem of lack of volume in the hand.
How do you solve it?
You have to put something in and fill it up.
There are two ways to fill it up.
The first is a hyaluronic acid filler.
This is made of hyaluronic acid.
I'm going to put it in the area where there's not enough volume on the back of my hand.
It's an immediate effect of filling up the volume.
But now you've heard a lot about it.
This hyaluronic acid filler is...
If you get a blood vessel while you're doing the procedure,
The area where the blood vessels are supplied becomes a gland.
It's a little dangerous.
But of course, the procedurers...
So that it doesn't get into the blood vessels.
We do the procedure safely.
So if you look at the picture before and after the procedure,
This is the picture before the procedure.
This is the picture I took 24 hours after the procedure.
Immediately, the part that lacks volume is filled.
The bumpy part is improved.
You can see that the blood vessels and tendons are a little less visible.
I think the hyaluronic acid filler is...
Hyaluronic acid goes in and immediately fills the volume.
It doesn't take long after the procedure.
It's a good thing that the effect comes out quickly.
Next, other than hyaluronic acid fillers,
You can fill the volume with something else.
We usually call it a collagen booster or a collagen stimulator.
I don't think the hyaluronic acid filler is...
If you block the blood vessels, the tissue becomes a gland.
And it moves.
Depending on the case, it can be a little unnatural.
And it doesn't last that long.
I don't like this drawback.
I want to fill the volume with my collagen.
These people can get collagen stimulator-type procedures.
These are the most representative ones.
Scultra, Juveruk, Juveruk, Volume, etc.
And recently, it's been known.
There's something called Ultracol.
There's something called Olydia.
There's also a product called Cola Home.
I think the collagen stimulator market will be more intense in the future.
This collagen booster or collagen stimulator is...
The ingredients of this syringe don't immediately fill the volume.
After three or four weeks,
It induces the production of collagen.
That's where the collagen is produced.
And then the volume fills up a little bit.
It's one of those procedures.
And then the ingredients of this syringe are...
As time goes by, it's slowly disassembled.
It's going to disappear.
So I'm going to fill the volume with my collagen.
It's a little natural.
It's highly bioavailable.
And then you don't block the blood vessels.
It's safe because it doesn't cause diarrhea.
But the downside of this collagen stimulator is...
First of all, it doesn't work immediately.
There's a downside to this.
Second, there are some products that cause nodules from time to time.
So when you do the procedure, you need some technique.
Or after the procedure, the people who received the procedure...
You need to massage well.
These are the issues.
So now I'm going to talk about collagen boosters or stimulators.
I've introduced it in general.
If I move on to the product,
I'll show you a picture of a procedure using Ultracore.
This is a doctor who did this procedure.
He did the procedure on his left hand.
He didn't do the procedure on his right hand.
So four weeks after the procedure.
Six weeks later, six months later.
And two years later.
This is the picture.
If you look at the right side,
Compared to the side that didn't do the procedure,
On the left, you can see that the blood vessels are less visible.
You can see that the volume is a little better.
Next, there's a product called Radius.
This product is actually not a filler.
It's not a collagen stimulator.
It's kind of in the middle.
It's often called a calcium filler.
Add calcium to hyaluronic acid fillers.
It immediately has the effect of hyaluronic acid fillers.
As time goes by,
It also has the effect of producing collagen.
So it has all the pros and cons of these two products.
The advantage is that the volume is immediately created.
As time goes by, collagen is created.
It's good.
But the downside is that if you do the wrong procedure,
There may be side effects that can block the blood vessels.
And then when there's a problem,
There's another downside to not being able to melt.
This product can also cause a fracture.
It also has these disadvantages.
But this Radius has been used for a long time.
It's also in a lot of papers.
If you look at the papers on the back of your hand,
It's a nine-month picture after the procedure.
As the volume improves,
It's confirmed that the veins and tendons are less visible.
So if you zoom in a little bit more here,
The blood vessels are much less visible.
And it's confirmed that the volume has been created.
And if you zoom in more here,
I can see that the wrinkles have improved.
And even if you look at other papers,
If you look at six months after the procedure,
As the volume improves,
It's confirmed that the veins and tendons are less visible.
But after about 12 months,
You can see that the volume is decreasing.
And if you look at other cases,
After about three months,
As the volume improves,
It's confirmed that the veins and tendons are less visible.
So I'm going to fill in the volume.
There are large fillers and collagen boosters.
I told you this.
Vascular side effects.
The immediate effect.
And the fracture.
Consider these things.
I'd like you to decide on a procedure that suits you.
Next, thirdly,
When the back of your hand gets old,
It's wrinkled and wrinkled.
I told you.
Just do the filler I just told you about.
Even if you do collagen booster-type procedures,
The wrinkles improve a little bit.
So you can do something like this.
Also, to improve wrinkles,
Not a collagen booster for the purpose of creating volume.
I'm going to inject it into the skin.
Collagen-generating collagen boosters.
The famous thing is Juveruk.
And the recently released Colaom.
There's a product like Ultra Cool.
It's a good idea to do something like this.
And then the needle goes in.
It's a high-frequency flow.
There are procedures that improve the aging of the skin.
It's called Needle RF.
I'm going to do this procedure.
You can improve the wrinkles on the back of your hand.
In this video,
I learned about the aging of the back of my hand.
Why does the back of my hand get old?
To prevent it,
What should I do?
Hand cream
Take it with you all the time.
Moisturize well.
And then you're good at blocking UV rays.
Don't cover it with your back of your hand.
Cover it like this.
And if you're already old,
What kind of procedure do you use?
Can I get this aging back?
I told you these things.
Those of you who are worried about the aging of the back of your hand.
I hope this video will help you.
