Unfortunately, this is not a coincidence that you can earn more money with a disease than with health.
And that's why things like that, if you behave yourself, you won't get sick, it won't be propagated.
And on the other hand, what else is added, the overall health knowledge in the population is bad.
The health knowledge that we have had has gone into the grave with our ancestors, aunts, uncles, great-grandparents, etc., without being passed on.
If the old people are in the old ghetto, they get stupid. The little ones stay stupid and the old ones get stupid. Why?
We know today that the sight of a small child in the brain of a person triggers new brain cells.
You have already indicated that the human being is not a single being, but rather part of his environment and that there are still some bacteria and so on in it.
Maybe you can describe that a little more in detail and also say what role this microbiome plays in chronic infections or how the immune system is related to it, what the connections are.
Yes, that's a huge topic that we've had for a few years, namely a by-product of human genome research.
Around the turn of the millennium, a huge amount of money was spent intensively on deciphering the human genome, the human set of data, the human heritage.
And then, when you had done that and had to look at it again, you had to be completely miscalculated, because there were far too few genes to explain the body control with.
So you used these machines that stood around for other things and started to determine and examine the genetic substance of the bacteria.
And it turned out that we have a lot more bacteria in our gut than we thought before, because many of these animals only grow in us.
If you send them to the lab, send a test tube to the lab, and then they create a culture, only a few of the thousands of different species that we have learned about these gene analyses grow.
And what came out of it was that these animals not only simply live there and feel good or less comfortable, but that they have very specific tasks.
That they digest our food in part, so to speak, like the cow, which cannot digest the grass either, but the animals help with it.
And even the plants need the microbiome in the soil.
A plant is not able to absorb any nutrient substance from the soil without the soil bacteria having prepared it beforehand.
And so it is also with our things. That means we cannot live without these animals at all.
And now comes the second thing that has already been mentioned, that these bacteria also have an intensive interaction with the lymphatic tissue in the intestinal area and have an immune system.
And in addition, a direct wire into the brain via this rail.
That means, if my microbiome is in the bucket, I get the wrong impulses up there, I don't feel good up there in the brain.
But vice versa, if I'm stressed, I shoot down my microbiome.
That means, in turn, it is a community that lives together, that needs each other.
And it is also, if you think about it, about evolution, very easy to explain.
The bacteria that were at the beginning on earth, they made the earth habitable in the first place by making the green algae able to form oxygen.
Before that, we couldn't even live.
These microorganisms haven't disappeared.
They are still there.
And the whole life that has developed has developed together with them.
And it has only gotten a step better because we have worked together even better.
But that explains why we cannot live without microbes.
And if we then play along badly with these little helpers that are inside us by pouring antibiotics in there, you have to let the week go by on your tongue.
Antibiotics.
Anti means against and bios is life.
Antibiotics are drugs against life, i.e. perverse.
And then we destroy these animals and, above all, we disturb the community.
And it's a very complex community that is based on each other.
And if I then, on the contrary, disturb this community through one-sided nutrition,
if I only feed one and don't give the other one anything, then I get an imbalance, an imbalance, and then my gut doesn't work again.
So it's a very complex event, and I have to say that I haven't met anyone who has mastered this thing yet.
There are many people who talk about this organ, but play with it, with all the manuals, all the...
I haven't found anyone yet.
There are many approaches with probiotics and prebiotics and, and, and, and, and.
But to say, if you do this and that and that, then you will definitely come out with the normal thing again.
You can send it to me, I'm happy to get to know the man and the woman.
So it's a problem.
A few things, a few focus points are already clear, right?
For example, with the diet, whether I eat fast food now or whether I eat a little more vegetables, you know, okay.
But you mean this 100% recipe, you just do that and then...
Yes, yes. Because it's so different.
The microbiome is also individually different.
In the meantime, we have examined the microbiome of 100,000 people who are healthy and have seen that everyone has something different.
So I have an individual microbiome and it starts during the birth.
I get the first fecal bacteria from my mother during the birth, so to speak, smeared in my mouth.
And if I don't have them, I can't build up my immune system properly because it's missing.
So that's where it starts.
Except if the imperial cut is used, then it's...
Then we have a salad.
The first gap.
Then I don't have the germs from the mother, but a few germs from the operator's glove.
And that's not so good.
So a huge problem that is there today, because more and more people and children are born as an imperial cut, 30, 40%.
And again, we're pushing nature into the craft, because this number of imperial cuts is no longer medically justified.
Instead, it is simply suggested that we can terminate it.
The assistant doctor doesn't have to get up at night, which is nice.
And the imperial cut can come out of the office at exactly 11 o'clock, look straight ahead and say,
Hello, hello, do you have a new child? Then he goes again.
That's perverse.
Nature has reasons to let things go.
And if we push nature into the craft, it usually goes wrong.
The same goes for the so-called in vitro fertilization.
If nature tells a couple not to get pregnant, then it knows why.
Either the male uterus is so shit that it is no longer suitable, or the mother's body is not usable.
And now the medicine goes and says, let's have another look.
Only out of two scrapes, there is no silver.
That means, according to the records, we have a high rate of chronic diseases in children who were born through in vitro fertilization.
And even that has been published in the records, especially half a year ago.
The international journal was in it.
Hooray, a happy in vitro fertilization, double point, a problem pregnancy was born.
So you know in the meantime that it is problematic.
It took a long time to think about what the reason could be.
And it is probably not the case that the petri dish in which this happens or the manipulation is the problem,
but the problem is the mother's body.
Because the fruit is artificially produced and then planted, the mother's body does not get better.
If she, for example, has overweight or already has diabetes and smokes, and, and, and, and,
then she has the five, six factors, risk factors, with which one develops a chronic disease.
And with these risk factors, the child is produced.
There is a huge probability that the child will already get these things implanted in the mother's body.
And the statistics show that today.
Therefore, it is better to move the diet, one can or should treat an impairment of fertility like a disease with multimodal measures.
And there are also statistics now, after half a year, at least half of the unfertile couples are fertile,
if they start to ingest vitamin D, omega-3, and, and, and, do the classic things like for other pregnancies.
And now a little more specifically asked.
Often, for example, with chronic infections, also with Borrelia, Borrelian infections,
antibiotics are given, antibiotics are given.
How about all the things you just explained?
How do you feel about it in this context?
Does it make sense, does it make no sense?
Yes, you should pay attention to that.
I see it very, very, very, very critically.
Especially from the background that, at least as far as I know, the therapy successes are not quite convincing.
And if you want to do it, then you certainly have to support, support this measure, this antibiotic dose with appropriate probiotics, and, and, and, and.
So, I think, under the knowledge of this problem, studies are necessary
that those who work with antibiotics really put on the table, as with a cytostatic, i.e. cancer therapy,
how big the positive effect is and how big the negative effects are, and then you have to weigh it.
There are certainly situations where you can no longer shoot with a shotgun,
if you need a gun, no question.
But then I also have to be aware that there is a huge bang and take care of it.
And I think we have another problem there, because borreliosis therapy has only developed in recent years,
under the impression that something is going on there.
The diagnosis of chronic borreliosis has long been very controversial.
I also have my own opinion on this.
If the borrelia were really so toxic, the forest workers would have all fallen dead in the past.
But it wasn't.
And I could imagine that vitamin D is mixed in there too, because the forest workers used to be out all day and worked there.
They didn't even have work clothes on.
When it was warm, they took everything off.
It's forbidden today, they have to wear work clothes.
And I could imagine that the extent of this infection problem, borrelia,
that this also has something to do with the fact that people have an idea deficiency,
just like with the flu.
This has not been proven, but the idea comes to me more and more, because it is an infectious disease.
And if the body had a top-fit immune system, then it would kill the animals.
But it can't.
And then the chronic borreliosis develops.
And then the question is, how do I deal with it?
And especially if I give an antibiotic, there are also very interesting studies that the borrelia simply change their form.
So from the active spirochetin form to the ball form,
also go into areas where the antibiotic doesn't even reach.
And then maybe the symptoms get better for a moment, because the borrelia become inactive.
Only if the antibiotic is removed.
So they are very, very intelligent, then they check that.
And then they go back to the active form.
And then I also have a not so nice intestinal flora.
So the immune system is weakened by it.
That's why I said, this really has to be documented.
The people who do borrelia therapy, I know some of them,
and I also make sure that they take care of the problem and say,
we have options, but then it really has to be documented.
It doesn't have to be double-blind placebo-controlled, which no one can pay for.
And the daily work they do, it has to be documented,
just like we're doing it now for the Coimbra protocol, for the high-dose vitamin D therapy.
It has to be cleanly documented.
What kind of initial findings do I have?
What side effects do I have?
And what kind of therapy effect do I have?
That has to be on the table, and then you can say based on this data,
okay, if the situation is like this, then we recommend this or that or that.
As far as high-dose is concerned, just as described,
for a certain time it is suppressed or disappeared and then comes back up.
If I make the body's own immune system fit again,
then my borrelia don't stand a chance, because the body is always on the lookout.
And if I come out of their hiding place again,
clack, I'll get a brain again.
But I can't take antibiotics permanently.
So that means here too, nature is much smarter,
is much more effective than we humans are.
There are certainly situations,
especially acute, severe diseases, infections,
where you can say, the human system is overwhelmed,
we'll pour it into a bucket.
But we have to be aware that it always has huge side effects.
And that used to be turned upside down.
And not just in medicine.
50, 60 years ago, they developed nuclear power.
Super, super, super, great, great, great.
And clean energy and stuff.
And after a few decades, they said,
what do we do with all the waste?
Oops, we missed something.
So from there, human inventions,
I have developed my own ideas in between.
Yes, okay.
And you have now also mentioned autoimmune diseases individually,
increase in vitamin D.
Are you familiar with the connections
or connections between these chronic infections
and autoimmune diseases?
Are there certain connections?
Yes, at least there is discussion.
For example, MS patients are always found
with Epstein-Barr virus.
It is a basic discussion in medicine
in various contexts.
What is the cause, what is the effect?
It is called reverse causality.
Difficult to say.
The same applies, for example,
to the fact that bacteria from mucous membrane changes
in the mouth, mucous membrane,
can be found on heart valves.
And they said, yes, because he has such a bad mouth hygiene,
his valves are broken.
I am of the opinion that the system is broken.
And then the bacteria that grow in the mouth
are also somewhere in the body.
You can find them on the heart valves.
But that is a topic that is not discussed to the end.
It could also be that, for example,
such an infection that then makes you pretty flat,
the immune system has trouble with it,
that it is then an occasion that, for example,
the MS breaks out or gets a push,
that this is triggered.
I can also imagine that the situation
in which the body as a whole is,
which triggers the MS,
that is, that the symptomatology becomes fluid,
that it is then also suitable
to let the epstein-Barr bacteria,
which are practically always present in the body,
grow, to multiply.
So this cake has not yet been eaten to the end.
It is known that there are connections,
but whether there is a causality is not clear.
Okay.
And you also briefly mentioned the Coimbra protocol.
Can you briefly say what it is about?
Yes.
So it is obvious that part of the people
have difficulties with a normal vitamin D mirror,
even if they have it,
to bring their body sufficiently into this function
with a normal vitamin D mirror,
because the metabolism of vitamin D is very complicated.
Many enzymes are involved in it,
so that the final active form is created.
And there can be obstacles on this path.
There can be enzymes that do not work so well,
and then the person does not get enough of this active vitamin D
or does not have enough of the active vitamin D in the cells
and is then of course in the same situation
as someone who has an extremely low vitamin D level.
And this is a mechanism that was recently
cleared up by Prof. Karlberg in Finland.
But there was the colleague Coimbra in South America,
so he is still there,
who observed 12-15 years ago, by chance,
as is often the case,
that there was someone with a relatively high dose,
I think he had 10,000 units,
who had a very pronounced autoimmune disorder in his face,
the vitiligo.
And then he met him again after a year
and the vitiligo was gone.
Then he said, how is that going?
What did you do?
He said nothing.
He said it doesn't work.
Vitiligo does not disappear from nothing.
So back and forth.
At the end he said,
I only ate your stupid vitamin D pills, nothing else.
And then he said, attention.
And then he built it up systematically,
he always dared to give higher doses
under a careful protocol.
It is important to say that the Coimbra protocol
is not a banal high-dose therapy
of 100,000 or 200,000 units,
but a very complex therapy,
as I have already described to you by Mr. Jelinek
or is also described to us,
multimodal.
And only for these poor people
who have this relative vitamin D insufficiency.
For them, in addition to this complex protocol,
the high-dose therapy comes on top.
And that's why it's critical,
because even if you do it right,
the body can get into a situation,
especially when it gets an infection,
that the leukocytes are able to
convert large amounts of the existing vitamin D,
which is normally not converted,
if it can be given,
then convert it at the moment.
And then they get hypercalcemia
and then the cataract goes away.
So that means you can only do this
under very tight control,
under dietary conditions and so on.
But if you do that
and have the right patient selection,
then you can also have a huge effect.
I have seen cases,
also psoriasis, for example,
where the back was absolutely
like a piece of meat,
and after a year it had a great skin.
So it works for these 20-25 percent,
who obviously have a problem here
with converting vitamin D.
Our problem is that we do not yet know
who has this problem.
So we don't have a test yet
with which we can prove
who is a bad vitamin D user.
Okay, thank you very much
for the detailed information
about the Coimbra protocol.
Maybe one more thing about
who is interested in it.
There is a corresponding platform
in the network,
Coimbra protocol,
where you can get smart.
And there are about 10 or 15
Coimbra-appointed doctors in Germany,
with whom you can get in touch.
You can introduce patients
and then you can do therapy
together with them.
It's just important that someone
is interested in it.
Okay.
And finally,
last question for the interview.
We have now talked a lot
about nutrition, lifestyle,
movement, vitamin D, omega-3,
what impact the environment
has on us.
But we have not yet talked
about the topic of genetics
or epigenetics.
The ultimatum is related to that.
Are we equipped with our genes
or can we
positively influence them?
Until 20 years ago,
as I just mentioned,
we thought the genes would control us.
The entire oncology is based on
that a gene,
which, for example,
has been damaged
by chemical influences
or radiation,
makes the cell so crazy
that it starts to swell.
This theory has now been
established since we know
that it is not the genes that
control the cells,
but the cells control their genes.
The genes are nothing more
than a thick, heavy book
in which evolution
has listed everything
that has ever been done.
So it really contains
our entire prehistory.
It's just a kind of cookbook.
You can easily understand
that a cookbook cannot cook.
If I need a recipe,
I open the book, look in there
and cook my meal
according to this recipe.
Then I close it and put it away again.
The same thing is done by the cells.
This process of copying
what I need from the recipe
is called epigenetics.
In order to be able to copy,
the cell needs certain substances.
And as expected,
one of these substances
is vitamin D.
Vitamin D then screws
around about 2,000 genes.
That's 10% of our genetic material
is served by vitamin D.
And that makes it clear
why vitamin D is so important.
But it also makes it clear
that no one falls dead
if he doesn't have enough of it.
Because of the 20,000 genes
we have, only 10% are affected.
The rest works halfway.
But now it goes on.
Then we learned
that these are antioxidants.
These are not antioxidants.
Of course, they also have an antioxidant character.
But they screw around the genes.
Whether you take flavonoids
or epigallocatechin galleate
from the beautiful green tea,
they all screw around our genes.
They all have epigenetic properties.
And that's why
the importance of nutrition
suddenly comes into a completely different light.
It's not just about
having a few micronutrients,
it's about controlling our genes
correctly in the cells
so that the system is perfect.
And that's the connection.
Epigenetics is certainly
the hottest research discipline
we have at the moment.
And we are far from
knowing all the mechanisms.
All of a sudden
a new mechanism comes up.
One puts small wheels
on the genetic material.
The other develops
and influences the development
of the genetic path.
Very diverse things
how the cell deals with this genetic material.
And that works.
No one has to sit down and help.
But it only works as long
as the cell has the resources.
And you have to realize
that we need these resources
because we were born
in an environment
where they were all available.
Nature took what was there
and did outsourcing
in this way.
If I look at some vitamins
or essential proteins,
you could say,
is the body too stupid?
We have a liver, a chemical factory,
no one knows what to do.
Why don't we do these things?
Why don't we make the vitamins?
And the answer is very clear.
100,000 years ago,
nature had already done
what the car industry
had to do.
Why should I produce something
that I can get in abundance
from somewhere else?
All these things were
available in the substance.
Whether omega 3,
whether vitamin D,
everything was there.
I could use it all.
And then nature said,
this is a concept
that I can reproduce,
that I can always repeat.
Epigenetics describes the interaction
of this entire environment
with our body.
Incidentally, also the social environment.
We know today that
if something bad happens to a child,
he carries it on for the rest of his life.
He inherits it under certain circumstances.
These epigenetic things are also heritable.
This means that a completely new chapter
in the history of our body
opens up.
But again, it is the environment
that is crucial.
If you live in a toxic environment,
it has great difficulties.
But even there, there are
possible measures
on how to redesign the environment
or how to get into another environment.
You also indicated that at the very beginning
with your preventive concept.
In the small area.
Don't wait for something to come from above.
We can forget that.
They are in another lobby.
But in the small area we can do it
in the family or in the company
and with that you have a chance
to make a better environment.
And if that doesn't work,
you have to be ready and strong
and pack the suitcases.
You have to get out of the situation.
For example, if I have a toxic mother-in-law
sitting on the sofa,
I can either shoot her,
or I pack the suitcases
and get out of there.
Because the other consequence,
if I stay in, I get sick all the time.
Chronic stress makes me sick.
It's just like vitamin D deficiency.
If two or three other things come together,
then the probability is very high
that I will develop chronic stress very soon,
which I can save.
Then you have to be clear about that
and then I have to get out of the situation.
If I can't change it, I should go out.
Be brave enough to go out.
So you need a certain courage,
but let's put it this way,
these are good news.
You can really change a lot
through your actions
and how it has been published for a long time
and how it is still in the minds
of many people.
It doesn't say every day
in the newspaper,
hey, epigenetics,
you can do something for your health,
you didn't deliver your gene,
but it is still often the other way around.
The whole health system
is not built
that way.
Right, and unfortunately,
that's not a coincidence.
What is not a coincidence
is that you can make more money
with a disease than with health.
And that's why things like that,
if you behave yourself,
you won't get sick,
it won't be propagated.
And on the other hand,
the whole health knowledge
in the population is bad.
The health knowledge we had
went to the grave
with our ancestors,
aunts, uncles, grandparents,
to be passed on.
Many, many years ago we wondered
why a person gets so old.
We are twice as old as usual,
then 40, 50 have reproduced,
you can leave.
No, the old people
were the ones who passed on
their information to the children.
Because the parents
have always been in the maloche.
They have always been on the road,
hunting and collecting.
And they weren't at home.
If you now separate the old
from the children,
we put the children in the kindergarten ghetto
and the old in the old ghetto,
then the children no longer experience
what they need to be smart in life.
Once. The second thing that comes
with it, if we put the old
in the old ghetto,
then they get stupid.
The little ones stay stupid
and the old ones get stupid.
Why? We know today
that the sight of a small child
is very important.
Because we are responsible for the little ones.
And we need new brain cells.
But if I don't have small children around me,
I don't need new brain cells.
That means that if an old person
goes to the old home
and doesn't have an Alzheimer's yet,
he will get it immediately
because he is alone as old
and sits with many old people.
Catastrophic.
That means that our entire social structure
is ultimately toxic
I would say that this is a very good
closing word, or the last minutes
that we just said on the topic of
ethics, environment and so on.
I would like to thank you
for all the information you gave.
I think there was
both in the breadth
and in the depth, a lot for the viewers.
Thank you very much in any case.
And where do you have the opportunity
to learn more about yourself?
So the first thing is
our main platform, the Academy for
Human Medicine.
You can google and get there this way.
There you will find a lot of information.
We regularly send a newsletter out
with the latest information
that there is.
For example, at the moment there is
the hot topic of electrosmog and so on.
We also have experts there
who have experience accordingly.
Then we also have separate
information platforms for
more specific questions.
We started five years ago
and have created two MS platforms.
One is LiveSMS.
The other is
lsms.info.
You can follow it accordingly,
read it afterwards.
But this is an MS platform where the
MS patient, the chronic patient,
really finds everything he needs
outside of medical school.
And we set up the same thing
two years ago for vitamin D,
although we are currently
anchoring an additional area there
that has not been taken into account
so far.
But it is also becoming
more and more clear with MS
that the sun can do more than
vitamin D.
Therefore, the recommendation is very clear.
People, throw in your vitamin D.
You did that, but still go out
into the sun again.
This message will also be announced accordingly.
Vitamin D platform,
we called it the sun alliance.
And in the next few weeks,
14 days to three weeks,
there will be a new platform
that deals with the topic of dementia.
Because dementia is not a fate.
It is not the genes that control
dementia, but our bad lifestyle.
And there, too, we have
brought together everything
we have found on the subject.
And the platform is called
Competence instead of Dementia.
If I'm patient, I don't get dementia.
And this platform will
be in English for the first time,
so not only the German-speaking ones,
but also the English-speaking ones.
Okay, so there is something for many
or almost for everyone.
Thank you very much.
I would say we are through with the interview.
Of course, we also post all the links
you just said.
I would say see you next time
and have fun
watching the interview.
Okay.
Bye.
