How to rent a bathroom for a low price? In this video I will tell you about 4 systems to save up to 70% on the price of the rent list and we will also see how to find cheap furniture without giving up quality and design. Leave me a like on confidence and let's get started! First of all, let's see what are the 4 systems you can use to save tens, hundreds or even thousands of euros for the rent of your bathroom. The first system is to use discounts and discount offers. Almost all online physical retailers offer discount periods on the rent of the bathroom. On average, discounts start at 20-25% and reach up to 65-70% on the price of the list. This means that on a € 1,000 expense, if there are conditions, you can save from € 200 up to € 700. The important thing is to buy at the right time, but this is not difficult because between monthly offers, Black Friday and various promotions, you will always find the opportunity to save something. The big promotions are usually promoted by the big resellers, which can afford practically constant offers. If you really want to save, the use of discounts is practically mandatory. In the course of the video I will talk about it again because it is a condition too important to be ignored. A second system to save is to buy end-of-series products. End-of-series are washable, shower, sanitary and so on models that belong to a collection or a series that is about to be replaced by new models. On these rents, resellers offer discounts because they want to eliminate the old collections' stocks, so as to make room for new products. An end-of-series that I happened to see recently was that of the Ideal Standard, which eliminated a series of WC and bidet from its collection. Another frequent example regarding the world of finishes is the end-of-series of ceramic tiles. Here too, the concept is always the same. In practice, there are resellers who store the last square meters of a series of bricks and on these products they apply excellent discounts because they want to quickly free up space inside the deposit. You will find end-of-series both from large resellers and from smaller ones. A third system to save by spending little is to buy seen and liked. In this case we are talking about models exposed in the store that you can buy immediately, without waiting for delivery or production. Usually it is the last item available, or in any case the very last pieces of a product, such as a mobile washbasin, which you can touch and inspect before purchase in order to avoid bad surprises once brought home to the item. However, this formula implies that the buyer accepts the object in the state it is in at the time of purchase, without the possibility of replacement or return, except for hidden vices. If you find a product seen and liked that you like, I advise you to examine it very carefully before buying it. The fourth and last system to save is second-choice furnishings. Here we are talking about products that have slight imperfections, such as small aesthetic vices or superficial damage. These small imperfections, which could be scratches, finish defects, color differences, and so on, can influence the product classification, which may become a second choice and which for this reason is sold at a much lower price. In summary, these are the four systems to save on bathroom furniture. I have already said, but I repeat, that the use of discounts is an almost mandatory condition to buy good quality furniture at an advantageous price. Now let's see which are the cheapest products for each type of bathroom furniture, and what are the possible alternatives, always cheap, but with a more modern and pleasant design. Let's start with the mobile washbasin. I chose to talk to you about the mobile washbasin instead of the simple sink, because in the bathrooms there is always a need for at least a storage space, especially for personal care products, and from this point of view the mobile washbasin is the right choice. The cheapest products are these. They have the washbasin strictly in ceramic, boxed and slightly protruding compared to the mobile. They are models that cost little, but in my opinion the look is superior and does not greatly enhance the environment. The best alternative in terms of look is this. They are more contemporary models, with a linear and clean design, where you have the integrated washbasin and the suspended installation, which is the most requested in modern bathrooms. This type has many models and finding a good discount product will not be difficult. For example, I asked a preventive to a large reseller and on the suspended mobile washbasin I got a 54% discount. The less expensive sanitariums, on the other hand, are those detached from the wall, leaning on the ground and with a rather basic and retro design. These models also cost less than € 50 per piece, but I recommend them only if you have a very small budget. With € 100-120 per sanitarium you can already find wall-to-wall models, with a more modern look and with cleaner and more ergonomic shapes. The sanitariums of my preventive, which initially cost over € 180 each, were 25% discounted, so in the end they cost less than € 140 per piece. The toilet plate has an important role. It is activated several times a day and therefore the components are quite stressed. I do not advise you to buy generic products, given that there are generic products. The reference companies are Geberit and Valsir and both offer a good choice of models with various finishes, chromed, glossy, black and so on, with one or two buttons. Remember that the plate must be compatible with the toilet flush box. And let's come to the shower dishes. The most used materials for dishes are ceramic and resin. Both families have many low-cost models, with prices proportional to the quality and size of the dish. The offer is very wide and therefore it will be quite easy to find cheap shower dishes. Considering the importance of this element, which we use practically every day, I would avoid choosing a model that is too cheap, especially if we are talking about resin dishes, because you risk bringing home a dish with a poor quality resin, which easily rots. It is advisable to keep an eye on promotions in order to buy a better product at a very discounted price. Just to give you another example, in the prescription I asked to prepare this video, on a 352 € shower dish there was a 40% discount. As for the box, the price depends partly on the dimensions and partly on the type and quality of the components, in particular the panel and the possible frame. The cheapest models have the PVC or acrylic panel. Visually and tactilely they give a feeling of poor quality and plastic, which in my opinion is not very pleasant. Just spend a little more to have a glass panel with a chrome frame. We are really talking about a difference of a few tens of euros in terms of size. The real price jump occurs when you move to larger boxes or when you choose boxes with particular designs and finishes, both for the panel and for the possible frame. If you want to save a lot, an alternative to the box is the shower tent. The cheapest type of tub, on the other hand, is the fitting tub. This configuration includes a simple tub shell, often in acrylic, which is coated with adhesive or panels. Panels usually always in acrylic or other resin. In these cases, the price goes up only if you choose models from specialized companies, which offer fitting tubs with customizable panels or with many accessories. For the taps, the same advice applies to the PVC plate. You should only buy quality products from unknown brands, like the ones you are seeing at the moment. These brands have excellent products in various price ranges. The taps, like the PVC plates, are elements that are used and stressed several times a day, so you need products of good construction quality and good resistance. Remember that in the tap category there are also the tub shower mixers, the shower column and the soffioni. To show you that you can rent a tub by saving a little money and without giving up on the quality and a contemporary design, I asked for a preventive measure. I assumed that I would have to rent a complete tub of furniture and sink, mirror, toilet and bidet, shower with the box and obviously the other components such as taps, thermal bed and so on. I asked for a hyper ceramic preventive measure because I wanted an example that concerned a reality that is present almost all over Italy. A reality that works with the same prices everywhere, that does promotions and that has a wide range. Having said that, the video is not sponsored, I have no particular reason to recommend hyper ceramic, I only needed it as an example, I tell the truth, and in any case there are other realities that you can choose for your rent, both online and offline. The final cost of the preventive measure they gave me for the complete rent of the bathroom, including also small components such as the siphons, the acoustic protections of the sanitarium, the shower pool, in short, everything, is just over € 2,100, 22% included. As you can see, within the preventive measure we find some discounts, ranging from 25% to over 50%. Adding up the discounts, I got a savings of € 475, or about 27% of the final price excluded. As I see it, € 2,100 is not a lot, considering that I rented a full bathroom and considering that I did not choose low-quality, but medium-quality properties. I could spend half of it buying much cheaper and more expensive properties, but my goal was to select products with a good price-quality ratio and with a contemporary design.
