● 여행 메모 1. 보령평야 / 주소 - 충청남도 보령시 남포면 양항리, 삼현리 일대 서해를 마주하고 있는 넓고 풍요로운 들판을 만날 수 있는 곳입니다. 여름에는 푸른 들판을 가을에는 황금 들판을 만날 수 있는 아름다운 곳입니다. 2. 대천해수욕장 / 주차장 주소 - 충청남도 보령시 신흑동 2109-1 여름 국내에서 가장 인기 있는 축제인 보령머드축제가 열리는 곳으로 널리 잘 알려져 있는 곳입니다. 특히 이번 여행에 만났던 석양은 제 여행 인생에서 손에 꼽힐 정도로 아름다웠습니다. 아마도 낮에 비가오고 걷힌 탓인 것 같습니다.
3. 보령 석탄박물관 / 주소 - 충남 보령시 성주면 성주산로 508 충남이 우리나라 제2의 탄전이었다는 사실을 아시나요? 강원도 다음으로 석탄이 많이 나던 곳이 충남이고, 그중 가장 큰 탄전이 보령이었다고 합니다. 오래전 탄광이 있던 자리에 세워진 보령 석탄 박물관. 볼거리와 체험거리가 정말 많았답니다.
4. 보령 무궁화수목원 / 주차장 주소 - 충청남도 보령시 성주면 성주리 251-9 우리나라꽃 무궁화를 테마로 조성된 수목원입니다. 울창한 편백나무 숲길을 걸으며, 전망대에 오르고, 그렇게 숲속을 산책하며 만나는 무궁화 꽃. 힐링 여행지로 아주 좋을 것 같습니다.

Today I came to Boryeong
This is a place called Boryeong General Stadium
I heard that the Chungcheongnam-do Sports Festival will be held here in September
So I came to Boryeong to celebrate
I'm going to look around three landmarks of Boryeong today
Let's take a trip to see what's in Boryeong
This is Daecheon Beach, the most symbolic place representing Boryeong
It is also the place where the Boryeong Mud Festival, one of the most popular festivals in Korea, is held
The beach, which is 2.7km long, is really impressive

Why is there a coal museum here?
In Korea, coal mines are only in Gangwon-do
But this is where the coal was mined in Cheongju
It's the second coal mine, but it's also the first coal mine in Chungcheongnam-do
In 1995, the first coal museum was opened in Korea
As far as I know, coal mines are only in Gangwon-do
But the second coal mine is in Chungcheongnam-do

Boryeong is the most produced coal mine in Chungcheongnam-do
It's like going down 400 meters
It's called the Gangdo Elevator Experience

This is an artificial tunnel connected to a cold wind tunnel for 114m
It's cool
It's really cool because it's a cold wind tunnel
Especially in summer, it's cool, and in winter, it's warm
I think it's a really special experience to walk on the Gangdo
Now, let's go up 400 meters again

I looked around Korea's first coal mine in 1995
There were so many things to see
In particular, the underground Gangdo Experience was really special
