Liver cleansing, liver care, you can find that in the old medical traditions.
So that has always played an important role.
Here we see that there are also very strong possibilities to stimulate self-healing processes in the body.
The cholesterol level definitely improves through a liver cleanse.
What we also often see is that blood pressure values go down.
That is very clear.
Now we have already talked a lot about liver cleansing.
And that is a great myth, I would say.
In school medicine, this is considered very, very critical anyway.
And that is usually labeled as a fairy tale, I would say carefully.
But even in the field of natural research, there are very different opinions on liver cleansing.
One of them is that it is one of the most important and also easiest and cheapest healing procedures in general.
Up to the point where you have to weigh individually whether it makes sense or not.
Up to the point where you say no, it's all more placebo-based.
And what comes out of it is just what you take in.
And the effect is not necessarily because something happens to the liver,
but rather because you have changed your diet a few days in advance
and have a little fasting time and maybe take in a few bitter things.
That's why people feel better on their own.
You read or hear such opinions.
Yes, there are already some myths in the things you just mentioned.
Maybe you could say a little something about how you assess that.
Yes, I think maybe the most important hint is that you just have to look at where these healing tools come from in medicine.
We have already mentioned it before.
Liver cleansing, liver care, you can find that in the old medical traditions.
So that has always played an important role.
And if we look at it in medicine, in the history of medicine,
then at some point we see a change from humoral pathology to cellular pathology.
So in cellular pathology, that's what we're dealing with in medical school today.
That's where all the pharmaceuticals came from, the many drugs that are used today.
That means you recognize symptoms and treat these symptoms, typically simply with medication.
Before that, school medicine was different.
It was also school medicine at the time.
It was also taught at universities at the time.
That was common practice, that was modern medicine at the time.
It's called humoral pathology.
That means it's about the sap of the body.
And there you can see, for example, that the traditional Asian medical forms
don't really differ that much from traditional European medicine.
That's where this term comes into play.
You sometimes hear it, traditional European medicine,
but you can't quite grasp it, because this term is relatively new.
You could say it's more like the humoral pathology, the humoral medicine of the past.
And that's where we find these healing tools, like healing fasting,
which was very big, very strong 100, 150 years ago in Europe and also in America.
And that's where this tool of liver cleansing can be found, in this area.
That means here we see where it belongs
and that there are also very, very strong possibilities
to stimulate self-healing processes in the body.
And the term epigenetics is now, thank God, very popular again.
But that's exactly the area that's no longer just about cellular pathology
when it comes to disease processes, but it's about the environment,
the body environment in which each individual cell finds itself.
Because the cell nourishes itself from the environment around the cell
and also works better the better this environment is.
And that's exactly where liver cleansing comes in.
And maybe to the other myths, you've counted some of them,
the most common ones, it's possible.
I've been a school nurse, of course, for over 30 years in practice.
And of course I measure the patients, that is, I look at the laboratory values.
And it's just very clear that the values are getting better
after a well-conducted liver cleanse.
For example, the cholesterol level is a very common indicator,
we haven't even mentioned it before,
as a sign that something is wrong with the liver.
Why?
Because the liver builds up about 90-95% of the cholesterol that we use in the body
and also builds it up.
That is, it is the conversion station for our cholesterol balance.
And I often see that this is the stronger indication than the actual laboratory values.
Marvin has said before that the classic liver values remain inconspicuous for a long time.
But the cholesterol level is often noticeable and it definitely improves through a liver cleanse.
What we also often see is that blood pressure values go down.
This is very clear after liver cleanses,
that here, through the relief, through the relaxation,
also through the hormone pre-stages for the blood pressure-regulating hormones,
which also run through the liver,
that there is a relaxation here.
So that's also a very clear indication.
And the third thing I would like to mention is that the inflammation values are also getting better.
Whether it's the blood oxygenation rate or this CRB, the C-reactive protein,
which is the classic inflammation marker,
which is very often high in people with chronic inflammation, with pain symptoms,
this also forms with the liver.
The hormones come into play.
So that can be measured very well,
if you understand that the liver mixes everywhere
and that you have to look at these things too.
We call it the silent sign of the liver.
Because it is so often involved in so many areas,
you don't recognize it so typically at one value,
that you say, yes, then I do this and then it's better.
It plays into everything.
And if you know where to look, you can find the connections very clearly.
And that can now also be measured.
It is also to be expected that I will do a lot more.
I always think of healing fasting, for example,
which was also given in the same drawer for a long time, in medical school.
But from medical research,
suddenly all this knowledge and autophagy and the activation of the cells was suddenly there.
Suddenly it was totally modern to fast.
Everyone tries intermittent fasting.
It's totally hyped up now and back in everyone's mouth.
And it is also to be expected that the medicine just follows suit here.
And can explain things in a new way,
which the doctors already knew or observed 100, 150, 200 years ago.
Empiricism is also a science.
It is also evidence.
But now everything goes in the direction of how Lulit said,
you want to measure everything, you want to be able to represent everything in black and white.
And maybe we still need a decade or two
before the liver cleansing gets its final justification.
What is also very, very exciting or a mystery in itself within the liver cleansing
is how it works.
We are now talking about liver cleansing based on Moritz, Clark and so on,
where this shock reaction is caused, so to speak.
But what exactly happens there?
Maybe you can tell us a little more about that.
Exactly. So in principle, this is also what you find in this process.
For example, even in traditional Siberian medicine,
that is over a thousand years ago, that this was already written down,
fixed and carried out.
That means, we call it provocation.
It's about this process that you...
Or maybe we have to start a little further ahead.
What actually happens?
That is, you have in the liver, which is sitting here, by the way,
in this area, a large organ, about 1.3 kilograms.
So it's really a huge truce.
And it's permeated by blood vessels, but also by gallbladders.
And that's a very, very fine tissue.
Can you imagine a very fine sponge
that is very, very bloody?
And there are the gallbladders inside.
In different sizes, it can only be as thin as a hair, for example.
So that you can imagine this fineness a little bit.
And if, for example, the composition of the gallbladder fluid changes over time,
because the processes in the body simply no longer run optimally,
then it can lead to a thickening, to other concentrations.
And then substances simply begin to deposit in these gallbladders,
which leads to narrowing of the vessels.
That means digestive juices can no longer be made available well.
The liver is burdened, it can no longer perform its functions as it might have done before.
With liver cleaning, the goal is simply to clean this filter again.
Just like every other filter is clogged at some point.
Just think of the filter you have in the car, the oil filter, for example,
or a filter in the coffee machine that filters the lime out of the water.
It's similar with the liver.
At some point the filter is laid down, then it needs to be cleaned.
And the background of liver cleaning is that you prepare the body for it.
That means you make sure that the liver relaxes, that the gallbladders widen,
that the muscles become a little looser here,
that all the contractions loosen up a little bit.
And if you then do a provocation, and that is simply through the intake of,
we call it a liver cocktail, which also contains a larger amount of oil,
through this relief before liver cleaning,
that is, you also remove the oil very strictly beforehand,
so that the liver can go down from the activity.
And then you suddenly add a larger amount of oil with the liver cocktail
and the liver experiences this provocation.
You could almost say it's like a stress operation.
Suddenly I have to digest a lot of oil.
And at that moment it is also required to produce a lot of gallbladder fluid
and to shake it out.
And through the preparation, it works in such a way that these gallbladder channels are flooded,
are washed free, and the deposits end up in the intestine,
as we described earlier, and they can then be excreted.
That means the liver becomes freer again, becomes younger again, you could say.
What do these excretions that come out of there consist of?
Has that been examined?
Exactly. These excretions come very well.
Fortunately, everything can be measured in the meantime.
There are these myths and opinions, but of course it has long been analyzed
what is excreted in the context of a well-carried out liver cleaning.
And we also know exactly where it actually comes from due to the composition.
Some say, yes, it all comes, just as you also mentioned it,
that is okay, I take oil with me and that is then the soaked oil that is flushed out again.
And others say, okay, no, it all comes from the liver and then the gallbladder is cleaned and that's all this.
Basically, both are correct.
So it comes, we know that, it has already been clearly analyzed, analyzed many times.
It comes to both.
On the one hand, due to the large amount of oil, it is very likely that soaked oil residues are simply flushed out through the intestine.
And that is often also, depending on which oil is used, you can also see that in the color.
On the other hand, we know from the chemical analysis that a lot, or depending on the liver cleaning,
a lot is flushed out of the liver quite safely.
And these are all these thickened deposits that have caught in this sponge, as Mamon said, in these channels.
And by intensive rinsing, it is then all transported in the direction of the intestine,
via the gallbladder, via the large gallbladder, into the 12-finger intestine.
And in the analysis you can also see, for example, the cholesterol content.
Most gallstones that you have, or gallbladder content, are mostly cholesterol-based.
You can analyze all of this very precisely.
So it's both true, but basically it's not about what comes out of it now,
but it's about how much toxins are flushed out here.
And they are more in the finer area.
I don't see that with the naked eye.
It is perhaps also very important to say that the effect that appears in the next weeks, days, weeks,
and often even months, shows very well how much toxins that cannot be seen with the naked eye
are also flushed out.
And one thing might also be said, because many think,
even enthusiastic liver cleaners,
that the madness that came out of me here,
that such large balls came out,
that I had cold stones, that everything was in my liver.
No, it wasn't.
So the gallbladder is not at all so thick and large that it could let huge stones through.
Then you would have a colic, and that's a completely different story.
That is, a lot of these concrements were already in the intestine,
either, and were flushed out by intensive cleaning,
because we do the intestinal cleaning in advance and force it very hard,
or through the intestinal passage, because we still have several meters of intestine from the time
when the liver is released into the twelve-finger intestine,
until it is really excreted.
Then it also rolls together through the movement
and clumps together, and that's how these big clumps are formed.
But it is not the case that these huge parts, which are often really seen,
that they are originally flushed out directly from the liver.
And could it be that smaller ones of these clumps come directly from the liver?
Because some, like, for example, Oritz,
I think he also writes that, for example,
through the magnesium sulfate, which he recommends,
that the intestinal passages expand a little,
and that this may not cause these very thick clumps,
but maybe some excretion can already come out.
Exactly, that's part of a good liver cleaning,
the magnesium component, which is then the preparation
that the intestinal passages expand nicely,
also the large intestinal passage, the smaller part,
of course, also soft parts, of course, are flushed out
by this pressure, by this cleaning, by this massive excretion.
So that's very good, and as I said,
it also rolls together through the intestinal passage,
and then it gets much bigger.
Clearly, yes, so a lot of gallic, thicker, more liquid,
flows through the liver in the course of this liver cleaning,
which takes a few hours, flows down really strongly,
and then the sponge becomes clean again.
I think, Loli, it's important to make the picture again,
so that you understand that what is excreted from the liver,
Loli also said that at the very top of the duodenum,
the twelve-fingered intestine, that's where the path begins,
and it goes seven meters through the intestine
until it's actually out there,
and you can also look at it if you want to,
until then this excretion changes,
that is, it may start as a small gray particle
that was excreted from the liver,
and until the end, even with the additional dilution,
a larger part of it is simply excreted.
But the origin definitely comes from the liver.
And as Loli already said,
I could well imagine that toxins come out
that you don't see at all, or that may be
liquid, bound in some kind of liquid,
and it's very, very difficult to catch that.
You would have to catch all excretions
and then look, okay,
examine everything carefully.
But you could also imagine,
or maybe you already have some information
that there are also things in there
like heavy metals,
or all environmental toxins
that are stored in the liver
because they no longer follow.
So the liver is,
normally the toxins are not stored in the liver,
but if it is overloaded with them,
then it may well be that the toxins
are stored in the liver,
and it may also be that these toxins
are excreted during liver cleansing.
Exactly, that is definitely very likely.
So if the liver is already
overloaded with toxic metals,
and it is, it will,
I have the impression,
more every year.
So when we do heavy metal analysis
with our patients,
it increases very strongly.
And of course, something stays in the liver,
and that's exactly what I meant.
What you don't see with the naked eye,
what you only see through the analysis,
in retrospect,
you know, okay, after liver cleansing
it just got better.
If you then compare the findings,
you will see it clinically.
So even if we now,
what has come out,
because it is very time-consuming
to really pick it all up now,
so even if you don't do that,
you have a laboratory finding before
and one after.
His findings have improved
and we can clearly see that
when we compare this here,
the before and after.
Yes, and especially his findings.
So the findings are still small,
but if he simply feels much better,
then it works out.
The only key factor for the success
of a liver cleansing is
the improvement of the feeling
of those who have gone through it.
So even if you like to compare,
we also notice it with our participants,
how much comes out,
how big are the parts of the herb
that are excreted.
Of course, it fascinates everyone
who starts with it.
At some point you get used to it
and maybe you don't even look at it anymore.
But then we always have to
intervene in a corrective way
and say, okay,
now everything is interesting,
but in reality it's about
how you feel after liver cleansing
and what changes are occurring
when you observe 700 herbs,
but a total transformation afterwards.
And that is also the indicator
that much more is excreted
than we can perceive with the naked eye
and especially after a long time.
It is not the case that you
take a short impulse
and a day later everything is over.
If you do it right,
that's why we also developed
the Wunderleich method around it,
then you can give this impulse
much more momentum,
and you get a long time out of it.
What do you say
when nothing visible comes out?
I can tell you about myself.
At the beginning of every month
I did a liver cleansing
because I noticed that it was good for me.
I did a lot of it
and I could already observe
that a lot came out at the beginning.
We just discussed what it is,
but in the end
almost nothing came out,
how can you interpret
that, for example?
Yes, a lot of old burdens
have actually already fallen away
that have come out
and it then sits down
through the regular liver cleansings
that you did,
it doesn't sit down that much anymore.
So there is not so much gallium
in the gall bladders
that can now dissolve
or clump together.
And then what you did
is a wonderful
relief measure
and precautionary measure
that doesn't sit down
that much anymore.
But it is still a successful process
if the other is right,
which we just talked about.
So if you feel fresher again,
which I assume
that it was again,
if you notice, yes, great,
great that I did it,
the same goes for the two of us.
We are always happy afterwards
that we did it,
although before that
not everything was bad with us.
But it just feels
fresh again and that is
a very essential criterion.
Speaking of the excretions,
have you also noticed
that parasites or similar things
have been excreted?
Because of course you have to say
that you don't see most of them
because most of the parasites
have been excreted.
Yes, quite often,
both with the fasting cows,
with the fasting ones,
as well as with the liver cleansers.
Especially because of such
intensive intestinal cleaning
that happens and we help
well with the magnesium,
it comes to emptying
where something goes with it.
The liver cleansers
also get big eyes
and of course they also
get big eyes.
But as you say,
most parasites are not
visible with the naked eye
or go under somewhere
with the excretions.
But very clearly.
This is a big topic
in our practice
that we always look at it very closely
and that is confirmed again and again.
So from your point of view,
a high-quality liver
definitely has its right to exist
and is highly recommended
for people.
Yes, definitely.
As we have already said,
an important iron source,
glutathione, other substances
are simply concentrated in such a liver
and that makes sense.
What you may have to watch out for
is the idea of wild herbs.
You know that, for example.
Wild herbs are totally great,
a lot of nutrients, bitter substances
inside.
But is the wild meat
on the wild animals
that they somehow live outside
and that this is as natural as possible?
Theoretically, yes,
but the question is always
whether it actually comes
from the wild area
or is it a wild enclosure.
And if it's from wild animals,
there's a huge parasite issue
with wild meat.
You have to be careful.
I wouldn't go and say
liver from an organic farm
or something like that.
Personally, I would rather
choose the liver from a demeter farm,
for example.
But would you wait off raw liver
because of the parasite issue?
Ideally, the one who offers the liver
must actually be
instructed in it
and know how to control it.
So I wouldn't buy a liver
from any hunter
who, for example,
shoots a deer and offers it a liver.
You have to be a knowledgeable person
to be able to assess it correctly.
But if that's the case,
then you're definitely
on the safe side.
And if the quality
is the best quality you can get,
or you say it's the best quality,
would you still recommend
the, there are also different
variants, some say
first freeze in the freezer
because things die there,
some say you should eat it raw,
some say you should definitely cook it through.
How would you recommend it?
We would definitely prepare it,
so definitely cook it.
Because we just know
we have a lot to do with
parasite patients,
and raw food,
raw meat, raw fish
is just a huge topic
in this matter.
If you know that,
if you have this awareness,
then definitely
cook it through.
And which parasites
do you encounter more often
in practice, or do you see
them in people?
All over the place.
There are so many
parasite variants.
We see it with
hydrochloric acid therapy,
for example,
we can look at it,
it is often the clearest.
The other fact is
that the incidence rate
is very high
with the parasites,
that they are very stubborn.
There are people who are
attacked again and again,
and there is such a variety
of parasites that I can't
say which one is the most common.
But you definitely see
visible parasites in
hydrochloric acid therapies.
Yes, and there are always
those.
Yes, you see that
very often.
It is always visible with the naked eye
when there is a strong candidate infection.
You see that with cells.
Parasites can be like that,
but it is always visible.
And the interesting thing about parasites
is that we often get patients
who have already been to the
examination somewhere.
A stool examination has already been done
and it is usually negative.
When we work with them,
even if the intestinal cleaning
is part of the program,
it is often also visible.
Yes, we call the parasites
the chameleon of
gastrointestinal therapy,
or diagnostics.
It can cause a lot of
complaints.
The range is very large
in which it is recognized.
One indication is if we see it,
but if we don't see it,
it means that you don't have any yet.
So neither the stool examination,
but that is already known,
nor not seeing in colon therapy
would be an exclusion.
But the fact is, we see it very often.
And there we also have
a bit of a parallel to liver cleaning.
Many of the healing herbs
that we use as tea
or as a tincture
also have an anti-parasitic effect.
So there we see
a bit of the bridge.
These substances also help
to keep the parasites
out of the body.
Simply to keep them away.
Do you still use other things
in practice in relation to parasites?
So other substances that are not
in the liver cleaning?
What has proven to be effective there?
It is also very different.
We use
different substances
in the parasite cure.
With Candida, it is also very
therapeutic,
where we have very
great success
when we change the diet.
With parasites, however,
we also have to play
a wide range of
parasites.
Because parasites, as the name suggests,
are stubborn.
And it takes a long time
until you really let it go.
It's always a group of measures
that we use here
so that the issue is not solved.
It's not that easy to solve.
With Candida, it's actually
relatively easier.
Candida can do so much with nutrition.
With parasites, it sometimes really depends
on whether it is also a medical therapy.
So it doesn't go
in the direction of
Wermuth needles.
It's good to
preventively make sure
that it doesn't
become an issue.
If you have a strong parasite
attack, it is often
necessary to
treat it medically
at school
so that a sustainable success
can be achieved.
So you also use
these classic worms,
partially, and combine it
with other things.
Exactly.
It is also our experience.
We also often do it
when it is known
during the healing fast
that we then treat it
in parallel.
This is also very well tolerated
even in such a sensitive phase
as the healing fasting phase.
