Dear ones, and again there is something on the subject of
Civilization diseases. Today it's about a disease that you probably haven't heard of at all, and it's about the protein storage disease.
You might ask yourself, too much protein, is that even possible?
Exactly, and that's what I'm talking about today, and of course I'm happy if you share the video, if you write your opinion about it in the comments below,
then I think it's super nice if you give me a thumbs up, and of course if you subscribe to my channel.
Okay, but now to the protein storage disease, it's a super, super exciting topic. I can just say,
I believe, I am convinced that there is actually something like that.
And that is a really very often overlooked cause for
cardiovascular diseases,
the increased
protein intake, and in the form of animal protein.
Older and also current studies show that the emergence of
other
civilization diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, the metabolic syndrome,
as well as other
chronic diseases
are thus promoted. For example, the non-alcoholic fat liver.
Plant-based protein sources, and I just think that's so incredible,
on the other hand, offer a protection
against these diseases.
You can find the sources for this under my video.
Already in the
1940s, the Frankfurt internist
Prof. Dr.
Lothar Wendt
researched these connections and
described them as a protein storage disease.
At home, I have very thick textbooks about it from him.
Incredibly fascinating.
But
they are with me and should actually be with others, but I don't think they are.
But he first found out that the actual cause for
diabetes is not the high blood sugar level, but the
thickening of the smallest capillary vessels by stored
protein molecules. This makes it difficult for the sugar molecule to get into the cells at all.
What a madness. So, I'll translate it again. He found out that the
inner walls of the capillary glands and thus simply not enough
fluid flow is possible, respectively, the body has to work extremely hard.
The excess of animal protein
also accumulates in the connective tissue or in the fascial tissue or in the tissue
between each individual cell, which then of course can also prevent the entire metabolism.
As a consequence,
at that time,
Lothar Wendt had to lower the connective tissue
by removing the deposits in the thickened capillary walls and in the diabetes of the blood sugar level.
So it's a completely different approach
than the one we have today.
Wendt achieved this, and now listen again, by ordering animal protein fasts for his patients.
His nutritional therapy consisted of a full plant diet, and after a few weeks a healing was already visible.
And the symptoms of cardiovascular diseases went away, so his patients healed themselves.
Unfortunately, Wendt's fundamental findings so far are hardly given any attention.
I have the books, who else has them? Have you ever heard of Lothar Wendt, of the protein storage disease?
I find it incredibly exciting.
What I myself experience in practice is actually when people have cardiovascular diseases,
of course, angina pectoris is part of it, heart weakness is part of it, but also high blood pressure is part of it.
If they change their diet, you can see very clear improvements within two weeks.
I find it incredible, and that's why I can only tell you,
if you eat too much animal protein and are affected by such diseases,
listen to exactly what I have told you today and thank you for sharing.
And if you want to see more of my videos, you are welcome to do so up here.
Thank you for watching today, and I wish you all the best.
