Очень НЕОБЫЧНЫЙ ПИРОГ К ЧАЮ - Как Пирожное/ Манник на молоке с яблоками

Hello! Let's make a delicious pie with apples. Pour 200 grams of semolina into a bowl, pour 300 milliliters of milk and mix. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Put 2 eggs in another bowl, add 150 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, a bag and add a pinch of salt. Whisk. Pour in 100 grams of melted butter and sift 170 grams of flour. You can add baking powder, I didn't have it at home, so I take soda and gash with lemon juice. Add to the dough. Add the swollen semolina and mix. Mix 50 or 80 grams of raisins with a spoonful of flour and add to the dough. You can not add, at will. Put the form on parchment, grease with oil. Pour the dough. Peel 2-3 large apples, cut into slices and spread on top of the pie. Put a bag of liquid sour cream and pour on top of the pie. You can just use a spoon. The fat content of the sour cream is 10%. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or sugar on top. Bake our pie for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cool, brew tea and enjoy. By the way, the bottom of the pie turned out to be dark, this time the raisins fell all the way down. Well, in general, it happens, I don't know why it happened. Write in the comments. But it's very tasty, try it. I wish you a good mood, peace and goodness.
