Пирог "Фантазия" Яблочно- банановый пирог с шоколадом! Простой Пирог к чаю на молоке

Hello! Today is another simple tea pie, very tasty, fragrant, well, in general, a luxurious pie is obtained out of nothing, and it is very easy to cook. Put 2 eggs in a bowl and add 10 g of sugar, beat with a mixer into a lush light mass. Add 50 g of vegetable oil, pour 100 g of room temperature milk and immediately sift the flour. It is better to add less at once, gradually, about 250 g, I poured 270 g and the dough turned out a little thick, but not critical. 2 teaspoons of baking powder, mix and you're done. Peel and finely chop the banana. Add the dough and mix. Chop the milk chocolate finely, like this, with a knife, the shavings are obtained, or you can not bother and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes and collect the pie. Put half of the dough on a baking sheet, top with apples, chocolate and cover with the second half of the dough. Gently stretch with a spatula and, as I said, you can make the dough a little thinner so that it is easily distributed. Bake the pie for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Be sure to cool completely. The pie becomes especially tasty the next day, well, if you wait, of course. I wish you a pleasant tea, a good mood, cook with love and with pleasure!
