The direction of your career has never been easy to find a suitable job.
Here are the things you need to know to avoid regret later.
The first thing you need to know is to understand yourself.
It sounds a bit obvious.
I don't understand myself.
But in fact, we don't understand ourselves, but we still think.
The psychology, behavior, and feelings of people are extremely complicated.
Each of us is the only one who exists independently and is not like anyone else.
So sometimes we have to use our whole life to understand ourselves.
When you don't fully understand yourself,
you easily fall into a state of ambiguity about your strengths and weaknesses.
It means that you don't have the basis to be sure if it is your strength or weakness,
or just the most obvious.
For example, it is easy to see that there will be a time when you like a job
because you see other people doing that job so wonderful.
But when you are tested with that job,
you quickly feel bored and want to give up.
For example, I see the actors, singers, and actresses
appear on the stage in a very exciting and interesting way.
But when it comes to me, when I appear in front of the mirror,
I feel a little happy.
And above all, we don't have a system to evaluate ourselves.
For students, the environment around you is a classroom.
You evaluate yourself based on grades or compliments from teachers.
In fact, grades are not the only measure,
it is just a very small part to evaluate someone.
If you don't have a high score or don't have outstanding academic performance,
it doesn't mean you don't have talent or don't have any strengths.
And no matter how good you are, how good your academic performance is,
you will definitely have some weaknesses.
Sometimes you have strengths, but you see it as a natural law.
But you don't know that other people admire that in you.
For example, good cooking, talent, good physical strength,
the ability to plan, or the ability to adapt and adapt to unexpected situations.
All of these are strengths,
and those strengths have to be placed in the right place,
placed in a suitable job, then it can flourish.
So how do you know if you are strong or weak?
I will give you some tips for your reference.
First, look back at yourself and ask yourself a few questions.
For example, what makes you feel comfortable or uncomfortable?
What are you most confident in doing?
What are your unique characteristics?
Especially after each mistake, what lessons have you learned?
In addition, you can refer to the opinions of those around you.
However, referring to someone else's opinion is also very important.
If the reference is not correct, it can lead to bad reasoning.
So I need to choose reliable people with an objective perspective,
have a lot of life experience to refer to their opinions.
You don't necessarily have to ask questions directly.
Sometimes I just need to pay attention to the voices of the people around me.
Sometimes they will accidentally give a lot of comments about you.
When you get an opinion from someone else,
don't forget to think about it,
review it, see if it's right for you,
because if it's not someone else, it's right.
On the other hand, hearing opinions from others is also very important
because it is very difficult for me to see myself in a comprehensive way.
Another extremely effective way for you to have more self-image is
to take the time to experience new things.
If you don't have the experience, you can't be sure
whether you like or do a good job or not.
You can try to attend a drawing class,
try a new type of musical instrument if it's not too expensive.
I am an extremely curious person,
so I always want to try new things and I am always ready when I have a chance.
I am quite afraid of having to speak in front of a crowd,
but if I have a chance, I am ready to catch up to understand more about myself.
A book that makes me curious,
I will spend a little time to at least be able to read through one volume.
If I find it attractive, I will buy it and spend time to learn more.
The most important thing is that you need to have a lot of observation in life.
When I was a student, I had a lot of time to do more,
and when I do more, I don't just care about income or my tasks,
but I also pay attention to how an organization or a company operates.
Managers have nothing different from normal employees,
but they are managed.
In general, when you experience something new,
don't be nervous, but try to focus on it.
When you understand how things around you are happening,
it's also when you understand more about the world inside yourself.
Where are the things you care about being placed?
Spend some time to record in your notebook
the strengths, weaknesses, or things you haven't done well
so that you can understand more about yourself day by day.
The second important thing you need to know is that
all professions are good,
there are many points of view that can be compared with other professions.
For example, you have to study economics to be rich,
be an official teacher to have a stable life and be respected by everyone,
or be a doctor or engineer to have a future.
The truth is that every profession has potential development.
When you are good at a certain field,
you can achieve a high level of income and be respected.
However, what I want you to pay attention to is that
every success has a price to pay.
It means that if you want to have a high income and be respected,
you have to give up time, effort, concentration, and sometimes health.
So whatever profession you do,
if you want to succeed, you have to try very hard.
And no job is easy,
every job has its own difficulties.
You should not just look at the good or negative sides of a profession
to give subjective assessments.
And the smart choice in my opinion is
that you choose a profession where you can develop your strengths
and the difficulties in that job you can bear.
That's called compatibility.
Why is compatibility so important?
Because work is what you have to do every day.
For example, I like to go out and meet a lot of people.
If you force me to stay at home and work with a computer for a day,
it's okay, I can still do it.
However, if you force me to stay at home every day
for a very long time, from this year to the next month,
that's a terrible thing.
Second, if I don't have the qualities,
the talents in the field I work in,
it will be very difficult for me to develop for a long time.
I can only do it at a basic level,
and if so, my salary will not be high.
I am a person who can do a lot of things,
I rarely say, I can't do it.
I just need to focus and try,
I can still do it at some level.
However, to maintain for a long time,
it's a completely different thing.
I can't maintain something I don't like or don't fit.
So you can say that you are the best person
to make your own career choices.
In the past, when I studied interior design
at the University of Architecture,
I studied for a year, so I was less busy.
At that time, people around me,
aunties, uncles, everyone took it as incomprehensible.
Why am I studying in a very famous school,
studying in a very good field,
but I gave up,
while others wanted to join but couldn't.
Because the selection school is very difficult,
the selection rate is very high,
not to mention that I had to study drawing skills
1-2 years before I could take the exam.
And I myself was also very difficult to explain
to everyone.
At that time, I was still quite young,
I could only say simply that it was not suitable or not like.
Sometimes I was also very miserable.
So career choices
according to family, friends, population
are all choices
that bring bad results.
You need to study hard
about work ethics to make
the right decisions.
In my channel, there are many videos
explaining the work ethics of professions
so that you can feel
the right decisions.
There are jobs that have to do with machines,
there are jobs that have to do with data,
with documents,
and there are also jobs that require the ability to communicate,
to work with people.
As I said at the beginning of the video,
you need to have a lot of observation,
you need to understand yourself,
then you will understand what you want to do in your job.
In addition, I have designed a list of career choices,
it can provide you with jobs that suit you
based on strengths and weaknesses.
If you are interested, you can find the link in the description box.
I heard a very good saying,
don't look for the way to happiness,
but happiness is the way.
It means, don't wait
until you have a university degree in your hand,
when you get a job,
or when you have a high salary,
then you feel happy.
Happiness is not a destination,
it is a process.
It means, when you choose the field of study that you like,
right from the moment you set foot in school,
right from the moment you learn the first lessons,
and right from the moment you get in touch
with your friends,
it is the beginning of a happy process.
Even right from the moment
you learn about the professions,
you understand more about life,
you understand more about yourself,
then happiness has begun to find you.
You shouldn't see everything as pressure,
you shouldn't put pressure on yourself,
you have to succeed,
you have to be something big,
then you feel happy.
When you understand that happiness is a process,
you will always be in a state of happiness,
