I started working with the city of Ho Chi Minh and I have been working with other cities and provinces.
The goal is to bring the bank's contribution to education and training.
I want to contribute to encourage students to overcome difficulties,
especially those who are in a difficult situation but have achieved good training.
Seven years ago, with the help of my partner, SSE,
the SSE program has implemented the free scholarship through electronic analysis.
I have been working with many schools in Ho Chi Minh City
to make it easier and more convenient for parents.
Only through the application of digital technology and students' data,
they can receive the scholarship.
It is a scholarship for parents.
In addition, I cooperate with my partner to provide software
to help the school manage the scholarship better.
In the past, we had to collect cash,
so it took a lot of effort to manage it.
Sometimes, we didn't even check the amount of money.
Now, everything is done through digital technology.
We manage everything through bank accounts.
We have software to manage the collection of funds
and manage the financial situation for the school much better.
Vietnam also provides bank accounts,
such as phone bank accounts.
In particular, Vietnam is capable of providing bank accounts for students.
Many students are very charismatic.
They are the new generation
and they want to have bank accounts to show their personality.
For example, a bank account with the name Nickname or Nickchat
to show their personality.
It also makes it easier for people to remember the number of bank accounts.
These are the benefits that Vietnam has provided
in popularizing the finance of digital technology
and making it easier and more convenient.
Sometimes, it is also personal.
When you use the Vietnam app,
there are more than 1,000 partner lists for electricity, water, tourism,
even online shopping, flower shopping,
plane tickets, hotel rooms.
All of these are made in the digital environment of Vietnam
and are completely free.
Recently, Vietnam has also issued a policy
to make all money transfer transactions free in and out of the system.
This is a contribution to the promotion of digital economy
in the whole country of Vietnam.
When it comes to finance,
Vietnam also wants to make a multi-functional card
that can be used to withdraw money.
It can also be a bank account in schools,
canteens, libraries,
and a name card.
That is what Vietnam wants to do.
In fact, it is not just a card.
It is just an electronic device.
For example, a medical device.
Sometimes, we have a device to locate children
to know where they are.
In some cases, children are not allowed to use their phones,
so we cannot use our phones to calculate.
However, we want to make a digital economy
where we have a device,
a card, a phone, or an electronic device
to be able to calculate at any time,
in any place,
in all requirements,
from the name point to the canteen,
to buy a book,
to the library,
or even take a bus to school.
I think this is an opportunity
for us to continue to make the digital economy
a reality in Japan.
