
Corn Agar-agar Recipe | 玉米燕菜糕食谱
This Corn Agar-agar is like a light pudding. I love the natural sweetness from the corn and it blends very well with coconut milk. The pandan leaves also add natural fragrance to the agar-agar.

Ingredients:
Corn Puree mixture:
1 large corn about 450 grams (150 grams corn kernel)
100 ml water
Agar-agar:
5 grams (1 + 2/3 teaspoon) agar-agar powder
