Hanging items like this in your home can sometimes be a challenge. This one has two hooks one here one here
You can see they're not on the same plane with each other
So one of them and this one is actually needs to be mounted higher than the rear one
So finding your spots on the wall is not as easy as just using a measuring tape
So I'm going to show you a tip today for how to get perfect marks for your hangers on the wall every time
The materials you need for this are a hammer or drill your fastener so nails or wall anchors and
Toothpaste. I'm going to take the toothpaste and dab a little
Drop of it on each of the hangers at the top of the tip
So you can see I have toothpaste on the tip of each of the hooks and now we're going to place it on the wall
So you get it in place and then make sure your hooks lean to the wall and it marks
The toothpaste and the two spots on the wall, so we now have a hook here and a hook here
Now you just take your nail or screw if you're a drill if you're drilling out a hole for an anchor
Hammer it into each of the holes where the toothpaste is marked. I'll wipe the excess toothpaste off of the hooks
Then hang it on the hooks. I push it in and
It's mounted perfectly straight
