BGE: How to Smoke Boston Butt - Low and Slow - Direct Heat

This is by far the easiest yet effective way to smoke a boston butt. All you need is lump, a lighter, the butt, a thermometer, foil, and your favorite rub. The flavor of the butt was great even though there wasn't much bark. Bark could have been formed if I hadn't foiled to power through the stall. Feel free to post any questions below.
