8lb brisket flat smoked on the Pit Boss Austin XL pellet smoker. Rubs used were the Komos Q Hot Cow Cover and Killer Hogs Hot BBQ. Injected and spritzed with beef broth, beef consumme, Worcestershire sauce and jalapeño juice! Smoked for the first hour at 225. Smoked until wrapped at 250. After wrapped, smoked at 300.
